Customer service 0/10 - the lady zitlali at the cashier could have had better customer service. As i proceed to order she continued to rush me saying as there anything else before I could finish. I didn’t do anything wrong but walk in and wanted to order food. Most likely won’t be back based off the service. Also when my food was ready she never called my number she threw it on the counter and looked at me and said carry out. Overall just rude

Unfortunately I ordered a bread, I really wanted it and I asked for it without onion and they gave it to me with a lot of onion and I called the store and I told them to excuse me but I had ordered it without onion and the person who served me told me that the system said that it had everything and that I couldn't do anything I told her that my residue showed no onion but she told me I can't do anything and I told her now I'm going to the store and I arrived and the store had already been closed and they just looked at me and laughed and no longer No one wanted to go out, I wrote an email and they didn't respond to anything, it's a shame why if I really wanted to, this happened at the Morton Ranch restaurant, very bad service.

Look this world already awful! Not one day I go outside my home I do not see something happening somewhere that’s complete avoidable and nonsense! Now with that being said I have the app! The app sent me MULTIPLE TIMES THIS WEEK ABOUT THESE FREE ORIGINAL FRIES FOR FATHERS IN FATHERS DAY! I’m in the Hospitsl unfortunately & my husband that is a Father went to our location to get a sandwich & the FREE FRIES! He thinks it was a manger that told him he had no clue what he’s talking about and that that is not a special!!! EXCUSE ME? That is such a silly silly thing! 1 it’s just an ORDER OF FRIES. ?? Just do better! I’m sick and can’t even try and cook for my husband on Father Day!! ?? If you’re in fact a father reading this & not a robot! HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Had uber eats deliver my order. It was hot and early so good for them. I asked no mushrooms no tomatoes because I am allergic. I asked for extra mayo and no bell pepper because I don't like them. The sandwich came exactly made off the menu. I had to just toss it in the trash.

I tried their wings. Need had that bad wings before. They burn the wings. It's become hard no juice inside. Even they dint put sauce properly on wings.

Came in yesterday around 6:15 ordered a meal for me and my fiancé. I made specific requests for my meal. I wanted all flats, crispy . I got a 10 piece combo 5 lemon pepper and 5 garlic parm. Got home and I realized some idiot decided to put my plate upside down in the bag, the garlic sauce was everywhere. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning, also weren’t all flats like I asked. My fiancé asked for half of her sandwich to be plain because I don’t like much condiments on my sandwiches, it still wasn’t made correctly. Neither one of us ate our meals. I spent $50 for food i just tossed in the trash. I even took photos of the bullcrap. Tried calling once we made it home and then realized the phone # listed on Google goes straight to a personal voicemail. I also called twice today. Once I found the menu I say that the number on there was different so I called to speak to the manager. He gets on the phone, I tell him what happens & he responds with “bring the food back, plus your receipt” sir it’s in the trash. I’m not digging in the trash. “Oh well, that’s all we can do” “and we have to find who made the order because we take from their check for mess ups” excuse me? I understand people make mistakes, they were busy at 6:20, but to take money from their checks is wild. I just wanted my food remade so I could have at least enjoyed it. So for that I’m leaving this review and now you guys just lost a customer. I work in customer service and I will never take from my employees, much less not remake a customers meal that was made incorrectly.

honestly this place is the worse food taste i had ever taste their wings are like been out for weeks dry out not flavor not taste ? not even talking about their steak cheese what look was cook in a microwave

First time going to this place. Was hoping for a good change of pace from other fast food. Turns out it was terrible. Meat was chewy, no flavor, sandwich was so dry. Not sure if it was a new crew but definitely seemed extremely confused on orders etc..not worth $35 for 3 tasteless sandwiches. Can't read the menu board due to several high intensity bulbs hanging in front of it.

Stopped in for the first time today and we are so excited this place is so close to home now! We love the sandwiches and tried the wings today they are good! Also we love the strawberry lemonade and don’t forget to ask for their special fry seasons as well as some malt vinegar for your fries, yum!
