Disappointed in this new Charleys location coming into our Cinco Ranch community and NOT offering a Senior Discount. Shame on them. 2. My favorite California Chicken is tasty but turns out is made with PROCESSED CHICKEN MEAT. So we have 2 big issues here that 99% are concerned about. Regrettably I will need to part ways from this establishment.

Really just overall mid. Barely any meat on the Philly cheesesteak sandwhich. The teller ask's if you want lettuce and/or tomatoes for each sandwhich order. If you get lettuce and tomatoe on a Philly, it's not a Philly. Over -priced bread here.

Noone at the counter to take my order, food was good but not great like at the mall, staff doesn't really act lime the y care about customers, tables were dirty and so was the floor, I will just go to the katy Mills o e from now on

Today I had a nice visit from a member of Charley’s (her name is Arlyn) who brought me a delicious meal from this place that I definitely recommend 100%. Ask for her because she was very kind and helpful. You won’t regret it, it tastes exquisite!
