I just wanted to ask if they are closed or still serving food, the manager started to shout aggressively we are closed! Vey rude and aggressive.

Uber eats made a mistake on my order, and they were incredibly unhelpful. I had to wait 2 days for a generic answer that solved nothing.
I called this Charleys, and the manager was able to resolve my problem within an hour. I deleted uber eats and will order directly from the Charleys app going forward.

The cashir worker in that location are very bad no respect and they are so rude to the customer I don’t really know how those people is survive over there very bad service that I have ever seen in my life super bad

The cashier Oriana was not rude. to my order, I ordered 2 sandwiches and she gave me 1, I ordered 2 lemonades, she gave me 1, she was rude and spoke so fast and was in such a hurry for me to finish my order that she said something bad, she didn't pay attention to what I was telling her and she was very rudeness .

Today I want to give my opinion because this has never happened to me. The girl who attended to me because I was talking did not pay close attention to what I ordered. I work in a kitchen and for the cooks it is a delay for this to happen, so they pay more attention to their work. The food is excellent, we really like to eat there.

Way over priced and at the register they require at least a 10% tip... so I asked why do I need to pay 10% or more for a tip and the lady was unable to respond. The owner should be ashamed smh
Easily the worst service, I work in food service and seeing the workers and how they took my order shows this business is straight trash. Can’t believe yall let it run this way with teenagers, should be ashamed of who is present in front of customers. Food didn’t even come out right since it was rushed, shows yall need some better employees in this establishment.

If had “no star” option, I would give to this place.1. They don’t organize the lines. I stayed awaiting for 10 minutes, people saw that I was there and they didn’t do anything to guide me to the right place.2. People who are preparing the food, they talk, they laugh over the food (and it seems that everyone is fine with that despite all evidences under your nose that this is a total lack of hygiene).Who cares? Nobody.

My kids never eat as much any other time as they do when they go here. I have attempted recreate this philly.... i have gone to other places... it's the best ar this location. Family of 4... 2 drinks we pay around $45 for our meal... worth it every time.

I have serious love for this place and the sandwiches made here. My son, who has sensory issues, would only eat slightly puree foods and drink loads of chocolate milk at 4, never ate real solid food... until CHARLEY'S PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS! He would vomit on all foods until I gave him one. My kids call it Mall sandwich... the people here make itnthe best. Been to other ones. Nope. Made better here. It's hectic. Lots of people in line. But it's worth it. Keep it upbyall my sine is 5 and we are here again... loving every second of it.
