This was deplorable my husband and I sat not only at the intercom but also at the window and the employee who we SAW OUT AT THE BACK DOOR when we pulled in. After pulled around front we saw the employee JUST SITTING THERE.

Came in about 5 pm and this really nice young man with short locs. Was polite and helpful and my fries 🍟🍟 wore hot and fresh 🤗🤗 overall was a pleasant visit 😊

I went there last night. There was only two guys working. There was one person to drive-through neither of the fellas acknowledge me. They act like they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know what was going on there. Somebody needs to manage that place better and at least address people when they walk in show some respect. I’ll never go there

Checkers/Rally's was by far 1 of the best fast food places in the 90's - 2005 but every Checkers/Rally's I've been to in the last 3 years have been absolutely horrible with service, food, and atmosphere.
Though the exterior of the building could use some freshening, the food is great for a fast meal, and the service is excellent. Be prepared to wait a bit, bit it's worth the wait. Hot and fresh.
