We drove here from San Antonio to be spontaneous and for nostolgia. Wife and I missed the good old days when we were kids, and we'd go to Rally's, and wanted our daughter to try it. Well, the food here was actually pretty good, and the fries definitely brought back memories. The burgers actually tasted good, but not reminiscent of the burgers I remember, they didn't seem as warm and fresh like I remember them. The cashier seemed hard of hearing and confused about the menu. They initially forgot the cheese on my daughter's burger, and they gave my wife the completely wrong sandwich. She brought it up to the staff but declined to have it remade, she just wanted them to know they made a mistake, so it doesn't happen to others. She also shared with them that we drove from San Antonio just to be here. They were shocked. What kind of psycho drive 3 hours just for a burger?

The best fast food french fries in America hands down. Much better than average milkshakes my personal favorite is the chocolate banana taste like a bomb Pop will make you remember running after the ice cream truck as a kid. Burgers or nothing special but the fish sandwich and the chicken sandwiches are actually pretty good on a good value.

I placed an order thru the drive thru, once I received it it was cold. I took it back inside and asked for something fresh. I get the food back all the fries are stuck together so he just refried the old fries. How sorry is that. I don’t recommend this location.

If there was a way i could put 0 i would.this place is the lowest of the low.the morning crew is VERY unprofessional i watch them cut corners in washing hands .i had a damn near brunt tender..and they responded with rude comments and attitude.i feel like if they cleaned house with the current crew it would improve ten fold.they are not welcoming at all until the boss shows up.they house play around during the rush.it seems to more of a family business than regular business,i cant confirm but it seems like everyone who works there is related which is VERY unprofessional in a fast food business.i will repeat that they are not welcoming at all, this one girl i didnt catch her name is very entitled.i seen her being rude to costumers with my own eyes then me.it seems like they hold the food for hours and just serve .idk what happened but this restaurant in particular has gone str8 to crap.i urge who ever runs the place to start off with a clean slate because i will not be the only customer lost because of them.i will be looking to report this place as a whole.
