Used to go to Cheddar's for years, then something happened with the quality of their food. We returned after years and the food is just okay. Nothing special. The staff was friendly and decently attentive. The manager was more attentive than the wait staff. We probably won't be back but that's because of the food.
Restaurant was freezing. Rice was undercooked and I was over it when I found out my southern green beans had sugar in them 🤮 The food was not good. My server was very nice ♥️

I would give this place 0 stars, I guess the one star can go to the nice host up front that probably helped us more than anyone else in the restaurant. Was here for my wife’s birthday with a group of 7 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had here, or anywhere really. Took us about an hour to get seated (even though half the place is empty) and once we sat, took almost 30 minutes to get drinks and half (yes only half) of our appetizers. Our server acted afraid to come to the table and just didn’t do anything to work back from slow times on everything. No manager ever came to us, he was walking around with his backward hat and untucked shirt saying hi and bye to guests. I’m just impressed by how bad the whole experience was. We took all our entrees home because it took SO LONG to get EVERYTHING. Came for dinner at 7 and left at 9:30 with everything in to go boxes. This sucks. If I was the GM, I’d HATE to have this happening in my building. The food wasn’t even good enough to make up for the bad service and slow ticket times, and it usually is even though you come here for cheap food. Just NO NO NO. 0/1000000 wouldn’t recommend. And this is a slow night, I’d be scared to be here on a busy night. Make that drive up to the 290 location instead.

The worst experience ever at cheddars order three salads took a long time to get our order. We got there at 12:20 didn’t get our food to 1255. other people behind us got their food before us and we were first l. And they order salads too. We asked for the waitress and asked about our food. She said it’s coming with no care . She seems no worry we asked for a manager. Talk to the manager he did seem to concern. He went back to the kitchen manager and said he had to talk to him Came back with a food and said we’ll take the drinks off for discount. No, we sit there all this time our service never checked on this refill our drinks . the manager should be fire and the girl who served there should be fired. Left there with no food we are on our lunch break. And make us late work Bullshit

It would be hard not to love this awesome restaurant. The brand really knows how to present a good menu and wait staff knows how to answer questions and provide good service. We had several entras with fried chicken and fish and shrimp. Sides of salads and carrots. All was cooked fresh and delivered hot.
