If you have checked out the reviews on this place and do the same thing I did and ignore them, and give this place a chance you will find out there is nothing false about these bad reviews. The food is worse than Lubys. It’s like it was heated up after being on somebody else’s plate previously we ordered a ribeye and a sirloin they both tasted identical like they’re about three weeks old and what I don’t understand is why there were so many people in there. I’m sorry, cheddars but we gave you a chance and I hope you can get your act together now on the service. The kid was young. I don’t think he was trained very well and he just needed a little work, but he was very polite. The atmosphere of the place looks pretty good, but you can’t serve jailhouse quality food.

Today I visited cheddars to grab a quick kids meal take out. Chicken tenders and broccoli casserole. I was served only broccoli with a few grains. I went back inside to give them a chance to fix it and they just plated it in a different container with under cooked rice chicken was also undercooked. I came in towards closing and the food tasted rushed. I always come in for this meal so I was highly disappointed with the turn out

I went to this place for the first time and I really liked it. The food was good, the drinks were great, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it for dinner with friends, family, or your partner. You should definitely try one of their trio platters.

Disappointed. Waited more than 3 minutes before being acknowledged when we walked in. When finally seated, she sat us on a table where the lights were not working and our table as dark. We had to ask to be moved. When we got our honey bread, we did not get any plates. ALSO... Good thing our company were busy talking, but it took some time for us to get entertained. The other table who just arrived got their order taken than us. And guess what? They were given plates for their bread. Racism? Hhhmm...I'll leave it at that. Will i go back? I guess not. Don't want to spend my hundreds to some place like this. And no....it was not a busy night at all. On our side of the floor, only 3 tables had guests. And the inner dining had enough vacant tables. Was i paranoid? No. Because my other friend noticed what I noticed. So it was not just me. The other table got entertained a couple of times....with a smile. Oh well. Too many restos around. I don't have to go through where these things goes on. Would you?

I hate that I have to make this review because the workers were so nice. We purchased the cornmeal fish, red beans and rice, and corn. The food tasted so bad no seasoning no flavor. The best thing and most flavorful thing we got to eat was the free bread croissant and the appetizer: trio (cheese curds, chili cheese friend, and chicken tenders (queso was nasty) my husband ate new salmon with bland rice and broccoli. We ate the food because we didn’t want to waste our money. I packed my food Togo, but I’m throwing it in the trash after trying to eat it a second time and being disgusted by it. I love Cheddars, but I don’t know what happened at this visit/ location. We also purchased the painkiller (gross) and Texas Sweet Tea (we liked this one).

The staff did a great job accommodating the large group with practically zero notice. At least 2 different managers stopped by to introduce themselves and make sure we were were doing well.
Grilled White Fish dish is phenomenal, and what I almost always get. Great side options as well.

Used to go to Cheddar's for years, then something happened with the quality of their food. We returned after years and the food is just okay. Nothing special. The staff was friendly and decently attentive. The manager was more attentive than the wait staff. We probably won't be back but that's because of the food.
