Bad service, order wasn’t taken correctly, pubic hair in our food. The silver ware was absolutely dirty and filthy. After a few bites and with food in our mouths, we noticed the pubic hair in our food. If that was in our fried food, I can imagine all the other fried food being dipped in that same fryer. Manager really wasn’t concerned.

Cheddars is one of my favorite restaurants and this is the first time Ive ever had an issue with their food. I don’t frequent this particular Cheddars in Katy because I live in another city, but me and a friend were meeting for dinner and the Katy location was more convenient. Let me first say the bartender was GREAT. She was kind and attentive. She doesn’t prepare the food so this isn’t her fault.My appetizer (spinach dip) and croissants were good so no complaints there. The first time my New Orleans pasta was brought out, it was very dry and lacked flavor. I then tried to fix it by ordering sauce on the side. The sauce was brought out cold. At that point I let the bartender see for herself that the sauce was cold, and told her to just bring me a to go plate and I would take it home and fix it up myself. She offered to have her manager make me another one. I requested that one be put in a to go box.The picture below is what I got back the second time. I got dry noodles again garnished with parsley. There was one piece of sausage in there. I had to come home and fix it to my liking because it was the worst New Orleans pasta I’ve ever had, to the point where I had to write a review because they weren’t even that busy for food to come out looking and tasting bad. Cheddars has never disappointed me like this.I would recommend the College Station location you’re ever in that area. Their food is always hot and delicious even when they’re busy. Maybe the kitchen was having a bad day today, but based on how the bartender treated me I’m willing to give this one another try.

I've been living in Katy Texas for 3years and I must say the ribs are the BEST I evered had in Texas and the service was Awesome!
Cheddar's was an exceptional dining experience. The crescent honey butter croissants at this location, in particular, were extraordinarily delicious and a delightful treat on their own. The server, Joshua, was attentive, well-groomed, clean, and exceptionally courteous. I was impressed with the timing of the entrees, as they all arrived at the optimal moment. I highly recommend the house drink, which is garnished with pineapple and reasonably priced at around $7 or $8. Although I cannot recall the name of the drink, I encourage you to inquire with your server. Overall, I highly recommend Cheddar's and thoroughly enjoyed my first visit.Vegetarian options: Always ask your server, there can be substitutions made.Dietary restrictions: Always ask your server, there can be substitutions made.Parking: The location is so popular, it depends what time you go to dine in. You might drive around to find the right fit for you.Kid-friendliness: Of course, it's a family restaurant. In 11 years that I have lived in the United States, I decided to invite my entire family to this restaurant. For the first time, I felt racism and its maximum expression both on the part of the person who accommodates the places and the Manager, so it is a horrible experience for both my family. As for me, I inform the general public so that when they want to visit this place at some point, they think about it many times before having a bad time with their families.

Today is 4/13/2024. I placed an order at 9 pm, and it came out at 9:45. I ordered from the parking lot while dropping my daughter off to meet her friends for dinner before prom. When I checked my food to make sure I had everything, broccoli casserole cold, salmon cold, bed or rice hard and cold. The pasta was warm, and the freshest thing was the croissants. I ordered raspberry lemonade and was given raspberry tea. Really disappointed. It took so long, I will warm in the microwave when i get home. It was too packed inside to put up a fuss. I called from the parking lot and informed staff I was already there to ensure they knew what space I was in and when I received the link, I entered the space number and confirmed my arrival. There were no excuses of why my food shoukd have been cold. Not warm, cold,

Came to have dinner with family, they said the waiting was going to be for 30 min. We wait for an hour to be seat. They never give us a table. They just said " We are sorry we don't have servers. We have tables but no servers. Why the msnager didn't let us know at the beginning instead of having us waiting for an hour. We ended up leaving.
Chicken tender bundle with fries and carrots added the cheese bites, ranch and honey mustard. A hit!!!
