I used to love chick fil a but these last two times I’ve ordered I’ve been disappointed and today just solidified my thoughts. Their food quality has just declined in the last two yrs and I’m so disappointed.

My husband went there for lunch today in between his appointments and was not given fries or a straw, he then parked and went into the store where the manager questioned whether or not he was actually missing his fries and was very rude. The entire purpose of a drive through is so you can get it and go, its their job to make sure the order is right. The fact that the manager questioned my husband over some fries is ridiculous.

This lady name Sara, ma'am got mad at her staff that is a elderly person. Now because of that is that a way to handle a situation with an attitude to the customer or to your staff? If I wasn't to much in a rush I would of love to talk to another manager since she's one of the manager. You don't talk to anyone like that or handle the food with so much anger nor give an attitude to your customer. Lady has short black hair, bilingual 2.26.26 at 935 am

I love the salad, but I've ordered twice through Uber Eats and something's always missing. Both times one or more items were missing. It's better to go to another branch with better service and attention.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A Morton Ranch! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I especially want to thank Alison and Kenny for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their positive attitude truly made our visit extra special. A very special thank you as well to the whole team who took the time to sing Happy Birthday to my son. That small gesture meant so much to us and truly made his day unforgettable. We are so grateful for such a caring and joyful staff. We will definitely be coming back!

Very well designed place, good attention, easy to drive in-out or park. Fried and not fried options, and a salad option. Would like to have more healthy salad options and wrap options. Well recommended!!

I’m very disappointed that Chick-fila no longer allows you to have the fries cooked well done. I know exactly why they do this. They don’t want to slow down the line because time is money to them. I would understand if I ordered the food to go but I’m dining in and I’m willing to wait for the fries to be cooked the way I like them. I guess it profits over customer service.
