I’m very disappointed that Chick-fila no longer allows you to have the fries cooked well done. I know exactly why they do this. They don’t want to slow down the line because time is money to them. I would understand if I ordered the food to go but I’m dining in and I’m willing to wait for the fries to be cooked the way I like them. I guess it profits over customer service.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THAT CHIK FIL A DRIVE THRU MY ORDER IS WRONG!! Even once time when I dined in my order was wrong! I am never coming to this Chik fil a again,
Yesterday evening I ordered two kids meals with grilled nuggets, one with fries, one with Mac and cheese. What did I get? Two orders of grilled nuggets, two orders of regular nuggets, NO Mac and cheese, one order of fries.
Also my husband asked for diet coke c they gave him regular.
This is not the first time that happened. It happen every time I go there, they mess something up. It is so frustrating cause there’s a huge line and you do not want to be the bad guy checking your order when they dive it to you.

Honestly, think I've been coming to this location for the last at least 3 years that I can recall, it may have been longer. I've had ONE incident that I can recall, I believe it was a time they had me sitting and waiting for my drive through order for like 15 minutes, I had to literally park in the carry out spot and wait for my food, BUT I did call in and voice my complaint and they did make it right, I think they gave me a redeem gift on my app or something, I can't exactly recall and that was like easily 6 months ago. I come here probably roughly four times a week, most often for their breakfast and I've had almost never an issue other than yes, it's generally pretty busy, but that's just the location it sits at is so high traffic... I can't really FAULT the restaurant, but I'll give them they definitely found the best spot for it. 🫠

I've only tried their kale salad and it was actually surprisingly good. All these negative reviews about their salads make me leary now though.

I didn't really have any reason to leave a review this morning other than checking what time they open and I saw all these negative reviews so I felt like I should leave a positive one. I'm sorry for the people who've had negative experiences, all I can say is that you should have called and said something. They've always seemed (in my experience) eager and willing to rectify their mistakes in some form or fashion.

We ordered four Chick-fil-A combos through the app/DoorDash from the Morton Ranch location, with one meal redeemed through rewards. This is now the third time we’ve had similar issues whenever a no-charge item is included in an order. Our $79 order arrived with only the four drinks and two fries — no meals.

We have two children, and because we couldn’t drive to the restaurant at the time, we chose delivery for convenience. After this ordeal, we had to wait until work was done before we could get something else to eat. It was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

When we called, both a team member and a manager apologized but said we needed to contact DoorDash, even though it’s clear the drivers only deliver what the restaurant gives them. DoorDash also refused responsibility and directed us back to Chick-fil-A. We were bounced between the two companies with zero accountability or resolution.

For a brand built on customer service and “my pleasure,” this experience was the opposite. We’ve been loyal customers from the S. Mason location to Morton Ranch, but after this, our confidence in this restaurant is gone. A simple mistake became an exhausting ordeal that neither Chick-fil-A nor DoorDash cared to fix. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers don’t have to go through the same experience again. This doesn’t even deserve a one star.
