We live close to this location se we are regulars and noticed they are growing fast but as they are doing they are losing the great service. A lot of staff and they are confused in what to do or where to be and no all of them have the basic values that this chain practice and their service are not the best. Yesterday was a mess. We went to the drive thru in the morning as my daughter wanted hash browns for breakfast and the service was super slow. I was about to place my order and the system didn’t work so I was about to go directly to the station where they give you the food but then saw a staff member with the portable system so I told her that line wasn’t working and she took my order while she was training a boy. She wasn’t aware of this issue. But the. We spend a lot of time in the line to get our order. Nobody explained nothing or apologized for the long lane and wait. Nothing nothing. No even show at least the sense of urgency in their service. Maybe they didn’t sleep well.
Sorry to give you this poor review but most of the times owners don’t notice this situations as managers doesn’t report them as this is a management fail.
I know the owners will take care of this as they always have been at the front or this business. I hope you improve the service all time as used to be at the beginning. Thank you.

This place has decided to mark up their delivery prices about 30% as of recently. They give out free delivery like candy but their prices are now marked up. No point to using it. Otherwise, great place.

Amanda the proprietor gives the worst rewards of any Chick fil a owner. Most give away a random chicken sandwich or a peach milkshake, or something random. Not Amanda, she bought 75 Nissan Versa’s for deliveries, soooo all she offers for her store’s rewards is free delivery. Like lady I don’t want free delivery, I will gladly get my own food. I’ve tried several times to get in contact with her to ask about it, and no luck. Luckily there’s a Whataburger 500 feet away
I drive Ubereats and they wouldn't refire an order they gave to someone who didn't confirm an order with an employee and just took it and ran. I tried telling them and the guy with tattoos on his arms said they need an order from UberEats to refire. Literally have never had this experience with a Chick-fil-A before they always refire. Terrible customer service from this location. fair warning for anyone who orders via UberEats.
Picked up drive thru to sneak in to the movies. Always a pleasure here.

I’m not coming to this location again. The line to place order took so long because I assume everyone went on lunch at the same time. The food was so cold! Maybe because it was just sitting there instead of brought to me. Then the nuggets weren’t even nuggets! They were scraps. Look how crummy they look. I tried making adjustments to my order and one manager said yes one said no. So it was a no. I would’ve just done the survey but my reciept didn’t have survey serial number. Very disappointed. Not coming here again. I order 5 meals n nobody was satisfied with scraps.
