I asked for a handful of Honey mustard and they gave me ranch and Chick-fil-A sauce. I asked for a chocolate shake with no charry, there was a charry. I'm allergic. I wanted a sandwich with lettuce and tomato and all that, but they gave me the one with just pickles. I'm very VERY upset rn. I just wanted to eat after a long day of construction.

I have never had an issue with Chick-fil-A … ever but this location…Ordered two medium party trays at 9:00am, asked for it to be ready by 10:30am. Was told yes it was not a problem and it would be ready. Showed up at time requested, the order was not even put into the system…. They put it in when we were standing there. Then Slowly went about their business. It wasn’t until manager was spoken to they got with it. We are now an hour late to our event…. So much for calling ahead. Go the extra mile and go to a different location if you need things done on time for an event.
