When I come to this Chick Fil A I normally get there early, but today 8/4/25 this time they said they were going to open 2 minutes later. And what did they do, they have me waiting for almost 10 minutes. I think this store should close down for good!!! NO MONEY FOR YALL. I think yall should open at 6:03am for not opening on time!!! What kind of business is this?!!!!!!! No customer service no nothing YALL DONT DESERVE A FIVE STAR REVIEW. ITS NO STAR REVIEW FOR CHIC FIL A!!!!!! Yall suck like the Astros baseball team

Chick-fil-A nuggets I ordered was perfectly cooked. Golden brown just the right seasoning. The waffle fries was so good. Lemonade sween just right. Very happy customer.

I normally never have an issue with my order but yesterday I ordered in drive-thru for son & I. I ordered 8 count GRILLED nuggets for dietary reasons. It wasn't until driving away that I discovered I'd received the fried nuggets 😕. Still ate them, they're tasty after all and I wasn't about to go back with all the traffic! Guess I'll have to start checking prior to leaving.

My husband and I usually go to the Katy Mills location because it’s closer. Our daughter’s family lives closer to Cinco location so we started going there sometimes. Service is simply not good. Always forgetting part of our orders. Salad dressing and sauces never complete. They take a long time in the drive through. Employees are curt & not very polite. We will stop coming here.

Nearly overcharged by $13 until I asked about the total—only then was it corrected. The manager said this happens a lot but didn’t seem concerned beyond confirming I wasn’t charged yet. Glad I caught it, but it shouldn’t be up to customers to monitor staff or POS errors that ‘happen a lot.’ Hopefully they address it seriously

This is the absolute worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to in my 45 years of living. Incredibly incompetent staff and Rusty Wylie does not care!!!! SO RUDE! The chick fil a customer service standard is DEAD HERE. Horrible staff & you can tell management trained them that way. I will ALWAYS choose other Katy locations over this one. They do not care about anything, entire store needs re training

For $40 dollars, I’d hope for more than one sauce per meal. Manager (Sonia Vargas?) is extremely rude about it. I guess shes the sauce gate keeper? Lol) I’ll be driving the extra distance to go to a better and more kind location, where it is their pleasure to provide enough ketchup.

i’ve been going to chick fil a for a while now and they have the the dumbest set of workers i’ve EVER had to deal with. they always get my order wrong, forget sauces, straws. and back to the stupid thing i was at the front of the line at the drive through ordering an 8 count meal for my little sister. literally 3 or 4 cars got their meals before me until i finally stopped the worker and asked him for my food and then he immediately gave it to me.so the whole time you could’ve given me my food when i was at the front but you decide to give the food to the people behind me first??? what’s the point of a line? like i get it if i have a bigger order but it was a small order. They have the biggest set of incompetent workers ever and i really hope management gets a hold of this terribly poor service otherwise imma go tho the one in bella terra everytime.
