You either have one person taking all the orders and the other line not moving or you get to the front and and two or three cars try to rush ahead of you instead of merging. The only downside to this CFA is the line and how busy it gets but the staff does a great job of moving the line along. Sometimes they let people cut the line that is usually out onto westheimer from the side (Sonic) parking lot which is totally unfair to the people that made the proper line and have been waiting longer, just to not have a confrontation. Sad too because the line cutter will block all traffic behind them that are trying to use the same side entryway to get to a...

Not like the others. Paid for a meal. They never made, totally forgot it on their end. They made it right, just the person taking the orders was not "Chick-fil-a" material based on the other Chick-fil-a's. The gentleman that brought our order was the star. He helped get it right.
