I don’t love leaving negative reviews but am choosing to have 3 visits in a row through curbside missing multiple order items.
First time just French fries
Last week it was fries, straws and forks and toppings for salad.
This week it’s dressings for salads.
I’ll take responsibility in needing to check the bags for items and will start doing so but this is the only way I can share the feedback. Wish I could do so in the app so it’s not public.

Terrible customer service. I have never experienced this at any chick-fil-a other than this location. I did an online pick up and was completely ignored. I asked for the manager and she was just as rude.
Ummm… gotta be the weirdest Chickfila I have ever been to in my life. I walked in to find two doors, almost like Luby’s. I didn’t know which way to go, thankfully I chose right… one wrong move and you’re in the kitchen.

I have more than 10 minutes waiting for my salad, apart from that you have to wait in line so they don't take your order then you have to ask for it where you pick up the food they make you wait more than 15 minutes really bad service. The food is good but the service needs to be improved

The best chick fil a you can visit in all of Houston! The treatment of the staff is exceptional by Claudia! The restaurant is super clean, you walk in and it smells delicious, I love the fresh flowers on the tables. You don't have to stop to order, you just order from the table or by their application and they bring everything. The food is super delicious

Dear Chick FilA: THIS EXPERIMENT IS FAILING!! You're trying to make this location a "restaurant" with disasterous results.
Employees are running around looking to match foods with customers while customers are running around chasing the order person. When you walk in, it's standing room only , the foyer can't hold all the people waiting for ToGo orders. People who want refills can't find help, as employees have their hands full with food they're trying to hand out.
It is INSANITY in this location!! Today, the tables are full so the order person can't put a number for the dine-in orders. Nevermind the tons of people who enter and get confused because they can't order at the desk like they're used to! You are a fast food place. Keep things fast the way they are!!!
