Stopped in for gift cards and decided to grab an early dinner. Nobody at this location is in a hurry. They wanted me to sit down and wait for them to take my order, but then they stood around Talking to each other. When one of them finally approached me with their handheld device to take my order, they realize the batteries were low and had to fix that first. As I was paying, I told them I had the app that I wanted to scan. He fake pretended to scan it. I even told him I didn’t hear it but he said “it went through” - but it didn’t. The food was fine, but the fact that they’re trying to treat this location like a sit down restaurant is annoying. Then for the “servers” (who don’t make tips) had alllllll dayyyy longgggg.

My son and I really wanted a Dr Pepper So we decided to go through Chick-fil-A. They give us our drinks which felt really light. Open them up and they definitely gypped us. Drinks are not cheap. I guess they’re trying to be funny. Not very happy this evening.

Neat Chick-fil-A! When we walked in the first time (a week prior) we were greeted by a person who had us take a seat and we ordered at the table with her. Wow! Had more of a restaurant feel, which was pretty neat. We came in this time and sat down and thought we'd have the same service... which we didn't. That part seems to be inconsistent for some reason. Last week and this week our order was missing at least 1 item (a drink, a fry, a fruit cup.) Also the person taking our order both days seemed like she didn't want to be there. Maybe they are having some staff issues or something, but its got great potential! Clean bathrooms and playground!

It’s Chick-fil-A! everything you’d expect: friendly service, clean, and super attentive to details. The food is always fresh, and they run things really well. But I don’t know if anyone else has noticed.....it’s heavy on the salt. There’s only one location I’ve tried that isn’t as bad, but overall, the chicken is just too salty for me. For a chain that prides itself on consistency, I wish that part was a little more balanced.

poorly planned Chick-fil-A. I guess they ran out of storage space because they have filled up the area where they usually take your order with boxes making their menu unreadable.

the worst service! my son asked for a drink refill and the worker(nadia?) told him to him to hold on as she proceeded to hug her friend and eat a fry in front of us. she then chats with her friends as we proceed to try to get her attention for something else.
