Neat Chick-fil-A! When we walked in the first time (a week prior) we were greeted by a person who had us take a seat and we ordered at the table with her. Wow! It’s Chick-fil-A! everything you’d expect: friendly service, clean, and super attentive to details. The food is always fresh, and they run things really well. But I don’t know if anyone else has noticed.....it’s heavy on the salt. There’s only one location I’ve tried that isn’t as bad, but overall, the chicken is just too salty for me. For a chain that prides itself on consistency, I wish that part was a little more balanced.
On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, I stopped by the Katy-Fulshear location to organize a large pick up order for my school staff. I was immediately introduced to Ceyara Dorsey who was so pleasant, helpful, and efficient. She happily organized my order and assured me that, though she would not be available to see the order through to the end (due to a management meeting on Thursday), she would orgainze it entirely and communicate directly with the managers on duty the following day to...
