This location is always very busy, especially in the late afternoons with orders being picked up by Chick-fil-A's own drivers and/or Door Dash and Grub Hub drivers. Sometimes there is a wait to pick up orders, but most of the time, especially early afternoon, you can pick up Door Dash orders very quickly as they are ready to go! I love this location as well!

Had a mobile pickup and saw that the line was long so I decided to see if I was able to pick up the order from inside the location. Asked politely and showed my order through the app for mobile drive thru. Chick-fil-A team member could not find it. Then she suggested to see if I could scan using my app at the register (did not make any sense) I shared that to correct me if I’m wrong but scanning at the register I think is only for the Chick-fil-A app for points, and payments. It’s asking me to scan a QR code that’s outside and I was asking to see if I can pick up inside as the line was backed up. Team member ultimately said sorry I can’t help you. Without asking other teammates for help or even to suggest another options.
Ended up just leaving and getting back into my vehicle waited in the mobile thru line for about 20 minutes.
Suggestion for owner and management team. Team members should be required or at least be familiar with Chick-fil-A technology, how and when to ask for assistance. Ended up spending an additional 30 mins vs 3-5 minutes to pick up a breakfast biscuit. As customers if we required to wait in a line that is supposed to make it more convenient but ends up taking longer which defeats the purpose. At least have team members acknowledge with a quick “we apologize for the wait and appreciate your business” I frequent to is location as it’s the closest to my residence and have had great experiences but the unfavorable ones are becoming more and more. * Frustrated Chick-fil-A Customer*

I was $0.36 short from my card and one of the cashiers paid for the rest for me with her own card and even complimented my bug sweater! I had just came out of an Entomology contest and it was packed, service was still quick!

They refused to cut my filet and undercooked it, but refused to cook their chicken well done upon request. The fruit bowl was half empty. The staff is just so unaccommodating and every request is a no. I love chick fil an and I come almost everyday, but I have never been to this location and probably won’t come back. You guys need to include those surveys again, because what happened to good customer service. I understand you don’t wanna be here as a former food service girly, but I would appreciate if you could help the customers out and maybe try to accommodate them. Otherwise I love chick fil a and the food is so amazing
While i was trying to enjoy my food i witnessed workers trying to hit each other with towels which bothered me .

I am very frustrated with this location the last time I came I clearly told the person taking my order grilled chicken nuggets, he gave me breaded. So I had to go in and the person never apologized for the mix up. The last 2 times I have ordered the chicken cobb salad I have had terrible diarrhea. I ordered a salad taco bowl from Taco Cabana next door and it didn't upset my stomach. I made a salad at home, no issues. It must be they are not cooking their chicken thoroughly or maybe there is bacteria in the lettuce. I don't know, either way, I am no longer going to be ordering from this location.

Every time I stop at this location I regret it. Ordering anything grilled and it takes FOREVER. Like they have to shoot, pluck, and cook those chickens separately for each order. And since they removed the QR sign, the mobile drive-thru just isn't worth the wait.

This particular Chick-fil-A location has consistently mishandled my pickup and delivery orders—more times than I can count. It’s either missing condiments or an entire meal altogether. Having to call for replacements is frustrating, and sometimes I just let it go to avoid the hassle. It’s disappointing, and they seriously need to improve their customer service and address these recurring issues promptly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received during a recent visit as a DoorDash driver. Despite minimal customer traffic, I was made to wait for an extended period without any acknowledgment from the staff, including a manager named Alexis. A simple greeting would have greatly improved the experience, and I hope this feedback will lead to improved standards of business friendliness in the future. End of the day door dashers are people

Just stay clear of this location. It’s being operated by someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing AND maintained by kids. Long wait times on mobile drive thru orders, even slower delivery delays (over an hour) & no matter the concerns you mentioned to them it will fall on deaf ears. My entire household loves the chic fil A brand and we have ordered at separate times and dates and somehow we have all received lack luster service.
Although the townelake location is a bit of a distance from my residence I’ll just take my money over there instead of this location. Today will be the last day I spend any money at this location.
Also, don’t even attempt to call the location cause your call will go to voicemail. JUST DO BETTER!
