I am very frustrated with this location the last time I came I clearly told the person taking my order grilled chicken nuggets, he gave me breaded. So I had to go in and the person never apologized for the mix up. The last 2 times I have ordered the chicken cobb salad I have had terrible diarrhea. I ordered a salad taco bowl from Taco Cabana next door and it didn't upset my stomach. I made a salad at home, no issues. It must be they are not cooking their chicken thoroughly or maybe there is bacteria in the lettuce. I don't know, either way, I am no longer going to be ordering from this location.

Every time I stop at this location I regret it. Ordering anything grilled and it takes FOREVER. Like they have to shoot, pluck, and cook those chickens separately for each order. And since they removed the QR sign, the mobile drive-thru just isn't worth the wait.

This particular Chick-fil-A location has consistently mishandled my pickup and delivery orders—more times than I can count. It’s either missing condiments or an entire meal altogether. Having to call for replacements is frustrating, and sometimes I just let it go to avoid the hassle. It’s disappointing, and they seriously need to improve their customer service and address these recurring issues promptly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received during a recent visit as a DoorDash driver. Despite minimal customer traffic, I was made to wait for an extended period without any acknowledgment from the staff, including a manager named Alexis. A simple greeting would have greatly improved the experience, and I hope this feedback will lead to improved standards of business friendliness in the future. End of the day door dashers are people

Just stay clear of this location. It’s being operated by someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing AND maintained by kids. Long wait times on mobile drive thru orders, even slower delivery delays (over an hour) & no matter the concerns you mentioned to them it will fall on deaf ears. My entire household loves the chic fil A brand and we have ordered at separate times and dates and somehow we have all received lack luster service.

Although the townelake location is a bit of a distance from my residence I’ll just take my money over there instead of this location. Today will be the last day I spend any money at this location.

Also, don’t even attempt to call the location cause your call will go to voicemail. JUST DO BETTER!

This is the first Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to where I haven’t been greeted and I’m from Detroit! Where’s the southern hospitality. Then I get home and see they played me on the macaroni. This is a large. Usually all 4 of us can eat off a large but not today. I’ll never be back!

Second time i order from here and they dont add any of the sauces i request. Why is that so difficult? Its a simple order.

❗️Frustrating and unsafe experience❗️

I placed a simple order through the app: two large fries and a large mac & cheese. I tipped the driver, but my order was delivered to the wrong address.
I brought the wrong order inside my friend’s house and called Chick-fil-A, the manager apologized and told me not to open it because it belonged to someone named Marcy. He said the driver would return with my food and pick up Marcy’s order. I was shocked, everyone knows you can’t recycle food once it has already been delivered to someone else’s home…right?? Yet Marcy’s food and drink were now sitting on my friend’s counter.

About 15 minutes later, the driver returned. My friend handed me a bag and laughed, saying, “This looks tampered with.” She was right, one fry was half-empty, the other not even full, and the sauce bag was wet. Completely unacceptable.

I called the manager again, asked for a refund and a remake, and explained the bag was clearly tampered with. His response: “I can only do one or the other.” So…for health reasons, I chose the refund.

Foodborne illnesses are real. Food should never be delivered, taken into someone’s home, and then redelivered to another customer. That’s unsafe and violates health codes. I thought Chick-fil-A would be one of the most reliable chains for delivery. I was wrong.
Be cautious. Your health is worth more than the risk.

As someone who is terrified of bugs, today’s lunch pickup at the Elyson Chick-fil-A turned into an unexpected adventure. While I was rolling my window down to get my food, a jumping bug hopped right into my car. I was frozen!

Thankfully, the amazing team member Alexis came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to make sure the little critter was removed and that I felt safe before leaving the mobile drive-through lane.

This is exactly why I’m a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan—the staff always goes the extra mile to ensure customers leave happy and satisfied.

Thank you again, Alexis! Because of you I made it back to work bug-free and without causing an accident.

Usually this location gets my order right but today was another story. Disappointed that I couldn’t eat my breakfast sandwich today. Ordered with no cheese, even states this on the ticket but came with cheese on the sandwich.
