Worst CSC I’ve ever been too! Zero friendless or greeting or response. Food was terrible! I’ve eaten mainly in Florida but had some in Houston and it’s never this bad! Bread was yuk…not what CSC usually uses so not sure what the deal is here? Sandwich was sloppy made and dry and over toasted and just yuk. Will never be back here.

We typically like going to Chicken Salad Chick as their food is delicious. They give our dogs treats, which is nice. They even have a veterans day special. But unfortunately when my veteran husband went for his free veterans day meal at this location, they told him it was for dine in only. Even though the app said it was for dine in OR DRIVE THRU. He had his dogs with him so he was unable to go inside for this meal. Disappointing.

Ill try to keep it short. I ordered a few large chicken salads for a work function to feed 6-7 people, I noticed after pulling everything out that they only gave 5-7 packs of crackers for the $70 order, unbelievable. I talked to the manager and she said let me take down your name and we will make it right next time you come in. I came in today, they never wrote my name down and they didnt make it RIGHT at all. Very disappointed.

This place is a real treat. The concept of having so many different kinds of chicken salad is genius, and every one I’ve tried has been delicious and fresh. You can tell they put effort into the quality of their ingredients. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. It's a great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.

I love this place! I was skeptical to try it at first, but I love the large variety of chicken salad flavors they offer. Everyone should be able to find at least one they'll like. The staff is always very welcoming. They are fast enough you can get in & out quickly, or you can stay and enjoy your time. It's a great place to grab a bite and enjoy great conversation with your guest. And don't get me started on the dessert options... yum! Each meal comes with a mini-cookie, but you can buy a larger cookie or one of their cake slices, which is well worth it. I highly recommend this place!

I used to enjoy eating here, but the thrill is now gone. I had the BLT sandwich and the bacon was the quality of something you would expect from McDonalds. The bread was hard and stale. The lettuce looks old and brownish. The chicken salad just tasted like some mushy chicken concoction that I couldn’t even stomach to finish. I really think this place is more of a novelty… it’s cool to try it once or twice, but I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s just not worth the price anymore, especially with half of my meal going into the trash can.
I enjoyed my Fancy Nancy chicken salad sandwich with broccoli salad. There was a good amount of chicken salad in my sandwich. My work catered this meal and everyone on my team got what they ordered. I’m glad we got to try this out and will definitely go again.
