Chicken salad chick has always been one of my favorites. But when I went through the drive-through on Good Friday. I was surprised with an Easter egg basket where I could choose two eggs. Each egg had a surprise in it. I opened the eggs and received a free side item and a coozy. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun at a drive-through window. Great job!

I don’t ever really leave reviews cause I feel most please just meet expectations but this please blew me away with service, food quality, taste, and hospitality. Met the owner Kathleen as well a Corinne and Claudia who simply had the best hospitality and customer service I have ever seen from a quick service restaurant. This is my new go to lunch spot in Katy!

I don’t like to give any negative reviews as I’m a business owner myself. We depend on good reviews. I was in last night as this is my regular stop on Fridays after I’m done at work. I repeated my order and the young man repeated it back.

I got home and found I was missing an item that I was excited to try for the first time. I called and they were closed. So I called again today and rang and rang. I don’t live close to this area so I can’t just swing by. I would like it if someone could respond as this is the only way I have to reach them. The food is great but customer service and timeliness not so much, that’s the key to it.

Love the food & the service. Little pricey for a sandwich but you can't beat the flavors. They don't skimp on the filling. A side (my pick - Broccoli salad), a pickle, & soft iced sugar cookie for dessert rounds out the meal.

Vegetarian options: It's a Chicken Salad restaurant, unless you want a salad or side dishes don't expect alternative vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: They always remind me they don't have to add bacon to the broccoli salad. Also, reminders about nuts in certain dishes..
