Very unwelcome feeling. Front staff was rude. Ordered something that I didn't want toasted. Was very confused.

I enjoyed my first experience here. The customer service was the BEST! I believe his name was Evan. He took the time to explain the menu, he provided samples, and he gave his recommendation based on my preferences. I did not feel rushed. Now the sandwich was just good... I would grab it again. I don't see myself running back multiple times a month for it. The prices are higher than I would like them to be. Nice little lunch spot.
I am extremely disappointed. I regularly visit the location close to i-10. I was in the area and decided to do dine-in. As I finished my food and was talking to my coworker a older hispanic lady with black hair basically yanked the plates out of our table. She asked us to pick-up the “trash” we had on the side and to place it in the basket. The so called trash was the packaging of a straw and two unused napkins. As I was fixing up to leave I asked if we left the cups on the table or if we discarded them ourselves and the lady proceeds to tell me in Spanish, in a rude tone, that this was not a fast food chain, and repeated it twice. The customer service provided by her was awful and her managers should know about this. Will probably not eat here again.

I eat gluten free. They have prepared chicken salad, so I take it home so I can enjoy it with gf crackers or bread.

Really love this place! There are so many kinds to choose from! Thank goodness they will give you a sample. Only thing is they are all good! Guess I will just have to keep coming back.
