Jeaneli was very rude. She was very dismissive and not helpful at all. I asked her what kind if cream she could put in the cookie and she was so rude. I’ve been here several times and everyone has always been so sweet and helpful. We were here on Saturday 31st at 12:32 just in case she gave us the wrong name.

The cookies here are amazing — seriously some of the best I’ve had. I tried the Better Than Sex cookie (the coconut + caramel combo is insane), the OG chocolate chip, the semi-sweet with sea salt, and the Biscoff one. Every single cookie was delicious, but the Biscoff was my favorite.
If you don’t like cookies that are overly sweet, the semi-sweet with the sea salt is perfect. And they’re even better warmed up — super soft, melty, and flavorful.
This place is definitely a must-try for cookie lovers. I’ll be back for sure!

The young lady who took care of us was very nice. Maple cookie was a great recommendation.
I saw someone i recognized so I walked into the store, and i was surprised by how quiet and calm it was. The music was lively but not to the point where you had no choice but to hear it, our attendant was Willow and she was very interactive, friendly, and gave good recommendations. I'd definitely recommend this shop to another person and come back more often when I have mula. Thank you Chip Cookie!

When I first entered, I noticed the amazing interior and clean floors. Then, an amazing staff worker named Willow helped me. She was extremely nice and helpful with picking the right cookies. I got the OG and the Sugar Cookie. They were both AMAZING 😍😍😍. The OG was chunky and so fluffy. The Sugar Cookie was not to sweet and the frosting was good. 10/10 experience!!!!! I would go again!

Horrible experience with employee. Asked a question and was answered with another question. They don’t know their product. Asked about product and was told to read the paper…Will never come back here. Not worth your time or money. Bad customer service. Was told I needed to fly Delta to know their product. Crash and burn!!!!
