Came here for my lunch break because it said they were open, the sign on the door said opens at 10:45 and it was 11am. But they weren’t open and everyone inside was just staring at me. I waited 10 min and then they finally unlocked the door. Then I asked for food and they just ignored me. Then I asked again and they said they weren’t ready yet. Had to leave back to work without any food. Crazy behavior for a business.

We went here tonight for dinner. It was a good portion side and the employees were rushed but friendly. When we got home to eat, my mother’s barbacoa was very gristly and she had to pick out most of it. I had the chicken and tonight I’m terribly sick and I hadn’t eaten anything else all day.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Again!
I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location was a total letdown.
First, the beans had a strange gravy with an overpowering, intense taste 😖. I’ve never encountered this flavor at any other Chipotle – usually, it’s just beans, not some heavy, unfamiliar sauce.
Second, the chicken was unbearably rubbery 🍗. I had to chew endlessly, but it never broke down — I ended up having to spit out each bite. That’s not just unpleasant, it's unacceptable.
It made me wonder: Does the person preparing the food even know the standard cooking procedures? It clearly didn't taste like Chipotle quality.
❌ Will not recommend. ❌ Will never visit this location again.
Chipotle, if you're reading this — please make a surprise visit to this store and inspect the food quality. Customers deserve better.
Only one table was clean. The prep table was even cluttered with chopped veggies the whole time we ate dinner. The food tasted good. But no one was very friendly or seemed to care about working. They just stood around. We will never go back to this one anyway.

Always get good portions in person, to/go portions are automatically made smaller if you order online. They always make our orders accurate & bigger in person. Always get takeout so can’t speak for cleanliness of restroom. No complaints 😊
