Burrito was skinny as in it was missing 1/3 portion. Plus, the people sucked like they all were at a funeral. The only thing that died were the old and cold ingredients they shorted me on thinking I wouldn't notice. But I noticed. The worthless nothings can’t roll a burrito so I get less and pay all the money. I regret not looking at each one of those nothings straight in the eyes and saying to their faces, “I am better than you are.” And I’ll always be specifically better than each one of those individuals my whole life. It’s like they’re made of an anti-matter. It’s the only thing I can think of that is less than nothing. Anyhow, ruined all of March for me and I no longer enjoy the things I used to in life. My wife says I’ve changed.

Absolutely ridiculous. I used to love Chipotle, but after hearing they’re suing a small business like Fusion Grill just because they sell tacos? Give me a break. Tacos aren’t some secret, exclusive invention every culture has their version of them. Instead of focusing on making their own food better (which, let’s be real, has been going downhill for years), they’re wasting time and money bullying smaller competitors. Sad to see a company that built its name on fresh, fast food turn into just another corporate bully. Do better, Chipotle.

my wife was just laughed out of the store cause she said something wrong the whole store looks a mess and they never clean there. when confronting the [she] manager she lied in my face and was getting loud with me saying she had nothing to do with the issues even though my wife picked her and another employee. did call corporate waste of time and energy at this place..
Ordered on-line. Got home and had no chips. I always order the chips because they are so good, but if you don't get them you can't recommend them. When you pick up an order that is in a sealed back, be sure you check. One meal was incomplete - we requested extra fajita vegetables and there were NONE. Everything was COLD. Cannot reach a person to complain. You can only make 1 complaint (on-line only to a chat-bot!) even if the whole order was a disaster. NEVER order on-line. NEVER order at this location. Terrible. This was supposed to be a treat so I wouldn't have to cook.... I should have had a bowl of cereal. SO disappointed.

My daughters asked for brown rice, and the guy served them it, when it was my turn to order, the employee told me they ran outdo brown rice and it will take 15 more min to have more, I understood, So I prefer to order white rice.
Everything was going good with the dinner, when I noticed my daughters didn’t eat the brown rice, so I asked them to give it to me, my surprise when I ate it! It was horrible hard, they felt like Little Rocks, so I told the cashier and the manager my unpleasant experience. And they kept a rude silence. Even the manager didn’t look at me.
I was in a surprise mood for their customer Service skills, I told them my daughters never complaint, that’s why they didn’t say anything, but is not posible you serve the remaining of your food even when it is not in condition to be eaten.
I told the cashier it upsets me , that you see me upset and you keep quite, like you don’t care. And yes, they still kept quite.
I usually get good services here. I really don’t know what happened
