I stopped by this location to inquire about catering for a company holiday party. I arrived four minutes before opening (10:45 AM) and was told by staff to wait outside. The staff was unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. They should have either kept the door locked or been more welcoming. Several other customers arrived around the same time and were also dismissed, with some leaving due to the poor interaction. When I asked why they couldn’t answer a simple question, the manager responded that "she doesn't have to talk to anyone until 10:45 AM."

I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I sincerely hope this isn’t the new standard for hospitality, and I would strongly recommend considering other options. This location clearly does not prioritize customer service or hospitality.

went to pick up an online order we placed for 7:50 and arrived 20 mins early. asked nicely if there was any way they could make our order then, now that we were there and was informed rudely by a guy working deliveries that “no you placed it for 7:50. you have to wait” he then said we should’ve placed the order inside if we wanted it then but we had already paid online. he was very disrespectful and rolled his eyes and had extreme attitude. we did not appreciate it. he could have told us nicely they had no way to move up our order and apologized but instead we were met with disrespect. very disappointed in this location.

I placed an order online and completely overlooked adding a tortilla on the side. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I realized my mistake and politely asked the staff member if I could purchase one. To my surprise, she informed me that she couldn't process any payments at the drive-thru. I couldn't help but feel frustrated—what kind of nonsense is that?

This place is amazing. The manager Jose is the GOAT, and he reminds me of Jesus. He obviously loves his employees and works closely with them to ensure the customers receive the best experience possible. 10/10 I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

I always look forward to eating at Chipotle! The quality of the food is always consistent and portions are generous. The staff are always efficient and friendly, even during busy times. Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, fresh, and utterly satisfying. Highly recommend!

I love Chipotle. But this location seem like they are cutting you short on the food. I ordered a bowl, and it seemed like he didn't even give a whole spoon full of each item.
I'm very disappointed!

Food is good! but the service not quite good enough i went today 11/6/2024 around 12:00pm lady at the register had an attitude & also the guy who handed me my order. Why work for customer service when you can’t give customers good service.
