This location the employees don’t greet you with a warm welcome nor do they tell you to have a great day. If you ask for double meat they only give you what you would’ve gotten you didn’t order double but they still charge you for it no matter what you say. There are other locations that really do a good job and I’ve eaten at several. My next step is taking this review to social media because the owner at this location isn’t doing anything to improve their 3STAR RATING!!!!

This place is so terribly managed it’s not even funny. They are constantly out of stuff . Rice always undercooked . The staff is rude and has a terrible attitude. Chipotle lane is wrapped around the building not moving. Went inside to try to get my food . Told the system crashed nothing they could do. It’s always something with this place . Just stay away.

There was an employee/ manager named Millie. While ordering my bowl she put chz on my order, I let her know that I was really allergic to chz. But all she did was take some off and closed the order up without another word. I mean there was still plenty of chz left. If these reviews even matter then I really hope some action is taken.

Ordered on the app for the chipotle pickup. Order was not ready on time and had to wait. Got back to the office and found that they gave me what looked like 1/4 the normal protein serving and did not give me the guac. Called the store to try to get it refunded and it just kept directing me to the pepper chat bot. The chat bot just gave me a coupon for a free side of guac and closed the chat. It would not let me do anything else. I finally find the main chipotle customer service number and was able to get someone there to refund the order. The whole thing was way more complicated than it should have been feels like they're just hoping people will give up rather than actually doing the right thing because I had to waste over 30 minutes to get it fixed.

I ordered quesadillas twice in a row recently, and both times the portions were much smaller than usual. The filling barely had no protein inside which was pretty disappointing.
I really like the food and order often, so I just wanted to flag this in case there’s been an issue at that location.

I ordered my favorite, the chixken bowl with brown rice and multiple toppings. I added guacamole and chips. The chicken always has an amazing flavor and adding the grilled veggies adds the right amount of yum. I recommend adding the salsa, sour cream or both to top it off... It adds a little spice and mixes perfectly with the chicken, rice and veggies I find its a lot of food for me, so, I always have lunch for the next day. Its just as good on day 2 as day 1. Two delicious meals for around $15.

This chipotle is always a little bit of a disappointment but today i had a particularly bad experience. I had just gotten off of a long shift and was incredibly hungry so i ordered online for this chipotle. Nothing too complicated just a burrito with meat rice LIGHT sour cream and beans. I go to pick it up and it takes a while and the girl who is grabbing my food is kinda rude but im like hey its alright as long as i get my food.
I get my food and go to eat it, what i discover when i open the bag is the smallest burrito I’ve literally ever received from chipotle. Its legitimately like half the size of a regular burrito. Being so hungry, this is frustrating of course. But like, whatever, right? As long as it tastes good.
I open it up and it’s already leaking sour cream literally everywhere. Partially because its the most haphazardly wrapped together burrito ive ever seen and partially because they put so much damn sour cream on it. Im considering eating it with a fork because its such a mess. I try it and i literally get a bite of like 90% sour cream and 10% everything else. I tried to eat it but its just so gross i can’t stomach it.

So now im just hungry and tired and upset and i cant eat the food i just tried to get because its so bad. Im not one to write reviews but this was just such an incredible disappointment I wanted to write one.

Suffice to say ive learned my lesson and I will never be coming back to this terrible chipotle. I wish they did better.

The only complain is the portion of the food. I ordered a takeout, and the portion of the veggie bowl was half than it should be. There were no fajitas. Felt wrong to pay the full price for such less portion :/

Definitely the worst customer service for drive through pick up. The ladies inside just ignore the pickup vehicle outside. Waited for 10 minutes beside the drive through pick up window. No one inside even bothered to check. Then one lady opened the window and asked your name and continued do do something else. Continued to ignore you for another 5 minutes. Eventually, one lady opened the window to ask your name and passed you the meals. I am so speechless on this. My meals were right on the shelves and it only took seconds to pass to the pickup person on the vehicle. But no one wanted to do it. When I left, a long line of vehicles were still waiting behind me. My opinions to the managers/supervisors for this location: please supervise or train your employees how to do the basic works and don't let the same dumb things happen again and again.

Didn't have steak available. Also, loud and inappropriate music being played for everyone to hear. I spoke to the Manager about it and he did nothing. He said the music doesn't have to be approved.
