I have been coming here for years. The quality has declined greatly. Being served raw chicken and getting sick was the last straw. When I showed the raw chicken and asked for a refund I was offered for them to remake it but at that point my hunger was gone. When they refunded me they asked for my receipt and only refunded the partial amount. I wanted to escalate the issue there but it was over like 3 dollars and I was over it. Bottom line, chipotle prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I WILL not be back.

To the girl that was working the line by herself on 2/17/2024 at 11 am, I genuinely hope youre able to find a better job as soon as you can. The girl was very obviously new, poor girl couldnt manage on her own, meanwhile there was a male employee just standing behind her watching her struggle while she has 3 more ppl waiting in line. I asked the 2 women at the register if anyone could please help out the girl because shes very obviously struggling, and instead of helping her they tried to make her redo another guests burrito… ridiculous.

If I could give a negative number on service, I would. Some of the rudest children I have ever had to be around. I requested to speak to the manager and she looked at me and said no and walked away. I had an actual issue that the site caused and no one was as willing to help. Not even customer service because my order was over a certain dollar amount. It may not mean much to this chain but I will never eat there again because of the employees. I’ve always enjoyed the food but I’m not going to purchase food from rude “adults” who act like spoiled children.

I ordered two bowls, chicken and steak. There was only enough rice for 1 (2 scoops), but the young lady attempted to make two bowls. I had to ask if more rice was ready. The steak bowl got a 1/2 spoon scoop of steak and a total of 9 pieces of steak. I requested more, and she thought I didn't know it was extra. Her attitude changed, and she failed to ask me if I would like veggies. The chicken, when scooped, looked like it wasn't burnt until I got home and began eating the bowl. You had two people at register and 1 cook and two preparers. The Barbaoa meat was burnt to a crisp. The person in front of me ordered a burrito and asked for more meat. They were young food prepares. This location is close to my home, but I never had an issue with my orders.

I ordered a burrito and came home to unwrap a burrito bowl. The way they folded my burrito was uncalled for.. as if serving garbage to someone. I mean c'com people eat this stuff. Not to mention the poor quality, my kids didn't want to eat they're food because tortillas were crusty and warmed enough. I had to compensate by making scrambled eggs for dinner. Never again. Summary .
