Whoever made the burrito bowl definitely needs to learn how to cook rice. The rice was harder than the chips. I won’t be back to this location

I came to this location and ordered a burrito, chips and queso. They sold me some stale chips. I requested a refund and they gave me such a hard time about it. I did not have a great experience at all.

Customer service was terrible, the girl in the order pick up window made us drive out go wait and come back (which I understand) then when we came back at the correct time (waited 2 min more as well) she sent us back around again, then got our food cold meaning it was sitting there the whole time

Came here at 9:55pm wanted a sofritas bowl. The food is empty on the line. I asked if they could make sofritas he said he doesn’t know how. Asked if there was a cook. He said to be honest if we made it right now you would be the only one to get it. Horrible customer service. Way to treat a customer. I politely said thank you and left. Just close at 10pm if you can’t serve u til 11pm. Would save on labor!!!

My wife got bowl for me and brought it home. I always get the chicken. Where ever I go. But today I might have start rethinking it. There was piece of chicken bone in my bowl.

Girl with glasses was a zombie, Astrid I believe, was bad
I stood in front of her and she didn’t bother saying hello or “be with you shortly” or anything
Continued cleaning the counter slowly until she was satisfied
Then asked for my order with little to no energy
Gave me very little chicken and I asked her to put a bit more and she at least did that (hence the 2 stars and not 1)
She then just slid my plate to the register area and walked away as if she was Wednesday
She was a big thumbs down. Almost made me not want to eat my bowl but glad I ate it because the food was good

Not sure if she’s going through something or that’s her true self but from now every time I think of this location I’ll remember her

The food were great.

My burrito from this Chipotle hit different for some reason. It was like perfectly toasted on the outside and had a bit of crunch to it 🤤 I just wish all the cheese hadn't been only at one end, but it was delicious

Stood in line ordered food when it was my time to pay my order was missing. The cashier asked me to go back to the end of the line and reorder. Another employee that prepared my food just stood there and said nothing, no apology nothing and the line was extremely long after waiting 10mins to pay.

I went to get food today, and i needed 3 meals one for myself and 2 for my younger sisters. Once it was my turn i asked for my meal which was a burrito and she went ahead and took the next customer once i told her hey i wasnt done yet she gave me full attitude and was like are you done yet. the woman next to this girl saw and told the girl to go ahead and take the next customer and she will continue with me and was extremely nice after the attitude i got from the other girl that was supposed to help me.

Food prep station is filthy. The meat was old and dry so I asked for the fresh one that was ready. They stated they have to cut it. So I waited and waited and waited while teenagers played around. Nobody cared that the paying customer was actually waiting for the food. While waiting I became disgusted with all the flies and insects munching on the food. So I left. I found a copycat recipe online that turned out great! You can keep that old dry meat and your maggots.

Food quality and taste have been good but the staff seems very rude and careless... Last time they forgot to put beans in the veggie bowl. Today the girl said they are out of veggie. Ironically i could see they were cooking the veggie. When i asked how long will it take to cook she refused to aske the chef... The girl was really rude today.

Made an online order and got the notification through the app saying my order was ready, came to the window and was told it wasn’t ready yet and will be ready in 5min. After waiting awhile, A different woman (younger black chick) came to the window and pretty much threw my order at me for no reason. I was confused because I didn’t do anything wrong. So not only did they give me attitude but when they handed me the bag it was sealed so when i got home and checked it, the order was completely wrong. Never again with this place. Also something to note, while waiting there I saw some of the coworkers play fighting with each other (male and female) in front of the drive through window which is completely inappropriate in a work environment….
