Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the WORST location. They had customers wait for 15 minutes so they could cook chicken after they ran out on a Sunday at 6:50PM. I asked for a disount due to the delay and the Manager said she could not do it. While they were waiting for the chicken to cook, they did not inform customer they had other options. In the meantime, the line grew longer. This was the worst experience EVER and the dining room was filthy.

Been mant times the 3 times I've had the brown rice it is always under cooked & hard. After the 2nd time I asked if the rice was done. I was told, yes. It wasn't. Normally, I love Chipotle but they must address the hard brown rice! Please & Thank You

Seriously, I just got a bowl from there and it was a joke. They actually *counted* the pieces of chicken they put in. Like, is this a counting class or a food place? I paid full price for a bowl that was basically just rice and beans. It was so sparse, I couldn't even finish it. Barely got ten pieces in there, I swear. Never again will I order from here. Such a rip-off and a total disappointment.

I came to this location for the first time last night and the manager was very rude, they were out of brown and white rice, they had people in the lobby waiting on rice, they were out of spoons, and I asked the manager for sour cream and she slammed it on the counter.

This is genuinely the worst Chipotle. I go to this location every once in a while bc it’s the closest one to my house but EVERY TIME I come to this location my order is either late, wrong or the workers have such a horrible attitude for no reason. I placed an order today and it was made incorrectly again… I will never come back to this location again and I can’t wait for the next w Elyson chipotle to open so I can hopefully have. Better experience there.

I ordered a chicken bowl with the protein on the side, and there were pieces of pork in my pinto beans. I tried calling to report it, but an automated system answered. I went to the store to explain, and a guy named John refused to refund my food and told me to go to another location.

It’s way less than what I get from other places
