I normally like to eat at Chipotle restaurants. This store has a manager that’s very unprofessional in how he speaks to customers. Not to mention they were under serving the rice because they didn’t want to get more. Won’t be visiting this location again.

The only thing I have to say about this place is that they need to do lobby checks more often, but overall food is great, never disappoints and service is fast!

This the 3rd time I’ve been here for a pickup order and the order was wrong.
Whats crazy is on the receipt it is correct, but then you open the bowl and there are many mistake.
1st time I was like whatever, 2nd time I got a little frustrated, but the 3rd time in a row is a pattern. I will drive the extra mile to the next location until there is some improvement at this one.
The food was awesome! I got a bowl with cheese, beans, sour cream, etc. and it was melting in my mouth! The service was TERRIBLE. The staff was rude and was acting like she was annoyed because ordered food. The place and cleanliness was bad too. There was some beans on the floor and the ice machine was empty. Please fix these problems🙏🙏

They cook their chicken right. Ive been to other locations where it doesn’t taste right. Rice is new. Clean area, lots of free parking. Clean on the inside too. They move fast!

I made an online order and when I open it at home, the Guac was missing from my burrito bowl and the chip is stale, not crispy at all(like it was from 2, 3 days ago). I complained on the company and they only offer a side of Guac in the Chipotle wallet. The problem is 1) I already ate the order and without the Guac, the tomato is too sour and the chicken is too salty and 2) the Guac credit expires in a month. So they are making me order again in a month or else lose it even though it is entirely their mistake. They could have just refund the Guac charge but no, they would rather you jump through the hoop. Maybe they forgot Chick Fil A is less than 100 feet away.

The red hair girl who works the drive thru has absolutely horrible customer service (always rude), has no idea what shes doing with the bowls, I get double everything and its always minuscule amounts, way too under portioned, I order ahead and my food is always cold whenever shes working. I literally pray that shes not working whenever I order.

I just left there and I am appalled by the service, and cleanliness of this place. I got there and no one was in front of my, the girl asked what I wanted, I said "a bowl to go" and she walks away and didn't come back. Someone else after a few minutes came over asked the same thing, I told her, she walks away to go to the drive thru to get rice because they didn't have any refilled at the counter. Actually almost everything at the counter was empty. The counter was dirty, food on it everywhere and for God knows how long. She finishes my bowl and walks away, another girl comes over, asknifni wanted chips or a drink I said "no" and she walks away. I wait for a bit and someone else comes over. My food is in a bag and a girl comes over and takes it out of the bag. I asked her what she was doing. She for some reason throught I was with a guy behind me. I asked for a manager and she said she was one of them. Really you are ringing me up with Gloves on that you wear to serve food and you are a manager. I brought it to her attention and also said something about the girls that walked away. She just looked at me and said the girl was getting bags. There were already bags on the counter. You don't leave in the middle of checking someone out. She also seems to thing I was a bit crazy because I didn't think she should be checking me out with gloves on that she serves food with. I told her she needed to hire new staff and walked out. I will never go there again.

Really disappointed. Ordered the chips and queso for a quick snack and found 2 chunks of meat in my queso. I'm vegetarian and this was very upsetting and says a lot about this location's cleanliness and organization.

Very unsanitary, using gloves on touch screen then touching food. Charged for more than we got paying almost $15 extra and took way to long to fix the problem. Over all not worth it

very unsanitary (touching phone and keyboard then food), manager is rude and wait is extremely long, ask for extra and they act like it’s coming out of their paycheck (1/16 of a spoonful), charged me 3 burritos when i ordered 2 MULTIPLE times. the only good thing about here is the food

Please learn from any other chipotle! We were the only ones in line and the guy (with glasses) prepping our order was in such a rush. Everything was thrown together, one taco had almost no meat! Two words to learn - customer service.

First and last time I’ll be going here. Not friendly, everyone looks and acts like they hate their life. Portions are super light. It’s honestly worth the drive to go to the others near by then to stop at this location. Until new management and team, don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Staff needs serious training.
1. Lady who made the meat part asked if i want queso....i dont understand i asked what that was...she said cheese...i said sure....later on i was charged and i wasnt told it was extra. Complained but they didnt even offet to refund the $1.70 that was the employees fault.
2. Veggies lady didnt even smile...I literally had to ask her to please smile.
3. We sat outside for a while ate znd the kids played....almost 2 hours no one came to clean the tables and one of them was covered on food. Chairs were soaking afted the rain and no one came to dry them out.
4. They collected all the trash bins inside at 8:30 while they close at 10. I dont understand why. They jusy kept them infront of the bathrooms for no reason.
Someone needs to seriously pay attention to this location or hire a qualified manager
