This brand new chipotle over here on Cane eilen is a joke! I came inside to place an order and they told me that certain items could only be ordered online and I am like I’m here now and they will not let me order. I had to go through all the trouble of looking up chipotle.com and I’ve never done that before and figure out how to place an order and then when I was gonna pay for it to use my gift card it didn’t accept so I had to use my regular debit card.
On top all of this being my own cashier, the adult quesadillas look like children’s quesadillas. I will never come to this chipotle again there’s six employees and they’re all just standing around while I’m struggling to try to place my order before my children get out of school.

Why skimp on rice and beans? They're the lowest cost item in any restaurant and Chipotle still trains their workers to give you the least amount possible. No value in coming to Chipotle anymore.

RUDE and DISGUSTING. Upon entrance the tables were all dirty not one table was clean enough to sit at. While I was ordering this young male server was very rude “what you want?” “There’s no more chicken so get something else” never had I someone tell me that before. I got the bottom of the barrel chicken and was rudely told I had to wait another 20 mins for a fresh batch. Save yourselves the time and money and go to another location near i10&99 or on fry road. Tried to give this one a chance since I live in the neighborhood but no never again.

If this was my first time at a Chipotle, I would never come back. No where near double chicken, mostly rice, no salsa. I couldn't even submit a complaint online. Just terrible

Was there to pick up an order promised at 6:50pm. Order was 9TJ-NA7 for J.Karam. The ticket says Bag 1 of 2 and I only received one bag. You did not include the guacamole that was paid for or the sour cream. This was my first time going to your location. Go to the location on Spring Green Blvd, it’s much better.

The rice was overcooked & the veggies, but the portion size was good. The service was great, everyone worked well together. I will definitely be back, but veggie peppers should be red, green, & yellow, & not overly cooked.

This is a new location in Cane Island, and I’ve visited twice so far. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to poor service. The staff seemed undertrained and unsure of how to assist customers. On my second visit, the store wasn’t even busy, yet the service was very bad. I hope management invests in better training so this location can improve.

I got a bone in my chicken quesadilla and my chips were stale…… the chipotle chips are often stale but the bone is Concerning.
