There were not a lot of people around 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. All the games we played worked properly. There was my minimal interaction with the staff besides check-in and obtaining game cards. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh when we walked in the door like carpet freshener.

I was having difficulties ordering a pizza online. I mean it literally almost took me 30 minutes to order online. The security puzzles are a joke and pretty much stopped me from ordering online and on the app, no matter how many times I refreshed. Then I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to just order a pizza and pick it up, that didn’t work either. My son gets to choose a pizza place for our movie nights sometimes once or twice a month. We went in on tonight (12/5/25) between 5-6pm and ordered our cheese pizza. When we got home and started eating we found disgusting hair in our pizza. The hair looks dark black/brown but it also has a dark red tint to it. This means the kitchen staff isn’t wearing hairnets or hats. Yuck! Never again! I think I should have took all of the hassle in the beginning as a sign to not order Chuck E. Cheese and to order from our normal place. I’ve tried calling to no avail to speak to a manager.
