I gave 2 stars because if I recall correctly the purpose of the hand stamp when you arrive is to make sure everyone leaves with the person/people they came with. There was no one at the exit checking hand stamps
Overall, it's fine for kids to have fun for a few hours. However, the food is very average and quite expensive for what it is. The day we went, the bathrooms were damaged, and the staff responded by sending the customers (children) to Starbucks or Wing Stop.

Horrible management! The facility was nice, but the staff was clueless, inattentive, and rude when given the wrong food.

I am an AVID CHUCK E CHEESE goer since I gave birth! The trampoline being 24.99 for all day jump was pure INSANITY! It pissed me off so bad. I dreaded coming here. But today I walked in they added an additional large play area for our curious toddlers. It’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL AND MUCH CHEAPER!! I am sooooo happy the all day jump is a normal price that makes sense!!!! To see the menu board UPDATED I WAS DELIGHTED!!!! I paid $16.24 tonight I am soooooo happy. I really am glad Chuck E Cheese listens. I will continue to come! Just amazing. The people who handle the toy production please don’t stop. Continue to evolve with time. The play animation floor pad is an example! Just smart and interactive. Thankyou
Kid-friendliness: Very happy about all ages and how they are included

Came Sunday, almost have the games out of order, bathrooms are dirty, took forever to get food or even to get rang up. This use to be a great place.

I am not sure the name of the person who was managing the front desk when I went, however, it was in the morning and he was a man, seems like he could have been the manager not sure but his manners could use a little help. He approached me yelling that I hadn’t paid for my kid to use the trampoline which I completely forgot was separate so that’s on me. However, he could have approached me differently by saying, “Ma’am, I am not sure if you were aware but the trampoline is extra” instead of yelling at me. Be kind. Especially in this world. I understand we all have difficult days but you shouldn’t approach people like that.

Since moving to H-town, I have visited this location many times and the price has been fair. However, yesterday I attended a birthday party and I was told to pay $8.00 for a pair of socks. I couldn't believe it, and the lady told us that on a normal day, it is about $12.00. This is price gouging and it is unacceptable to charge that much for a pair of socks. To make my children happy, I ended up pay $24.00 for 3 pairs which was unacceptable.

We had a great time. It was our little girl's 6th birthday. Had friends and family come out. She even made a new friend with a family that had just recently moved from New York. So we had a very nice time.
Vegetarian options: There's a full salad bar. It's almost $12 all you can eat. All you do is if you want a new place just go up to the counter and ask for a new plate.
Parking: It's an open parking lot in the shopping center so there's plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a kids pizza!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: I did not necessarily see a wheelchair ramp leading into the building.

They had the music up way way to loud. The pizza there was like cardboard. If you cannot make real pizza atleast call in Papa Johns. He'll Domino's or Little Cesar's would have been better.

Great place to take your kids. I would definitely recommend the club membership they have. You save a lot of money with it.
