We took our 5- and 8-year-old to Chuck E. Cheese, and they had an amazing time! 🎉 The place is perfect for kids of different ages — our younger one enjoyed the smaller rides and games, while our older one loved the arcade games and challenges. The staff was friendly and kept the environment clean and safe. The pizza and snacks were kid-approved, and the reward system kept them excited to collect tickets for prizes.

They’re understaffed on weekends. The line for prizes took over 15 minutes, then when I told them I wanted the pillow on the top corner, they said it was out of stock. There were two pillows there on display, but they argued it was for display only.

We had my son’s birthday at Chuc e Cheese Katy location. The whole experience for us was very smooth. Everything was taken care for us. This was the first time for us where we just had to show up with party favors & cake( we chose that; they even have option of cake & party favors.) This review is though a shout out to our party host Valeria. She was patient, listened and very thorough. She went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. Thank you Chuck E Cheese & Valeria to make our the birthday memorable for us.

My husband and I took our 2 year old son here. The customer service was terrible. When we walked in we walked up to the register and spoke with Alizay. We told her we haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese in a long time so we didn’t know if things were the same. She didn’t say much. She told us that it was an extra 15 dollars for the trampoline. As we agreed to pay the 15 dollars she did not tell us that there were rules for the trampoline such as a parent wasn’t allowed to be in there with our son (as most places would tell you). I took my son to the trampoline and I was holding his hand while he was jumping. The manager comes out and tells my husband that our son needs a wristband and that I can’t be on the trampoline with him. (Even though I was just holding his hand not jumping). Alizay did not give us a wristband nor did she mention that he needed one. So the manager had to tell her to give us one. We asked the manager for a refund for the 15 dollars since our son couldn’t be on the trampoline without one of us and he stated that they don’t do refunds but he will give us a free pizza. My husband went to get the pizza to go and he still had to pay a dollar. When he shouldn’t have had to pay anything at all. But we let that be. While we were waiting for the pizza one of the male workers came up to my husband with an attitude and asked him what number did he have for the pizza and my husband went to check and the worker just walked away. We were disgusted by his attitude and at that point we were just ready to leave. Not sure how people with that kind of attitude get hired to work around children. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Very rude and unprofessional workers.
The male staff at this Chuck E. Cheese were extremely rude and unprofessional. No smiles, no basic courtesy—just attitude. Ruined what should have been a fun outing for the kids. Management seriously needs to address how their team interacts with guests. Families come here expecting a friendly, fun atmosphere—not to be treated poorly.

We love going to Chuckecheese but only with a fun pass. You can get a 2 month pass and go everyday if you wanted. In my opinion that's the only way to make it worth the price. The pizza is delicious and the kids always have fun. The service is hit or miss and they always seem understaffed, but we still go and love it.

Great place for kids to spend their summer vacation at and for working moms to cat h their breath. Pizza , drinks and salads are available. Trampoline and socks are extra. But kids easily kill 2-3 hours here.
