Since they've remodeled, this place has been our go-to for fried chicken. Adrian was super helpful and always made sure we got plenty of sauce. They've never missed a single item of our order(s)! The food is always hot and fresh, too!

How is 1 location so vastly different from another? I sometimes get churches for lunch near my job. The chicken is always fresh hot, and tastes amazing. This location, you can taste the old grease. The chicken was dry and rubbery, both times I ordered from this location. I got an order of fries, which had old greasy fried okra in the bottom! Needless to say, I won't be visiting this location again.

First it smells inside. This is my first time coming inside and my second time coming to this location at all - last time I came through the drive through. I signed up last time I came and tried to use my free 2 pc today. When I first came in the manager Kirina or whatever he name may be rudely tells me I have to buy something first. Purchasing a drink isn’t an issue. She then watches me log into the app and scans my code and tells that it was already used multiple times. First if this is was already used would the it still be available in the app?? I’m not sure why I would drive from my house to scan a code for the second time. I’m really irritated from her whole experienced and being accused of using the barcode multiple times.

I’d order a family meal worth 43.00 dollars and all the chicken was over cooked. Where to the meat was dry and gone . I was very unhappy. But I was already home to notices or else I was gone back .

Fast food but long wait! past Sunday, asked to park in front and waited 15mins, husband went inside and the order was totally forgotten.Today,I drive thru and told again to wait in parking lot give them 5 mins they will bring food out. Took almost 20mins. This place has bad customer service or just lazy workers. Will definitely take a break from this place!

I made an order online and they only gave me less than half of it. I went back to the drive thru and explained 3 times what they were missing. Told me to go to front and wait. They came back again with an incomplete order. I had to waste more time by walking in and explaining several times once again. I understand people make mistakes but this is just disrespectful dropping the ball and they did nothing to try and make it right.

Can never complain about the food, but placed an online order to make it easier for the workers on shift, I ordered a 16 pc chicken family pack and at the window I had asked for some honey packets but was only given 2- I wanted to ask for more but Adrian closed the window and turned around. My only complaint really

While getting my food in drive thru I asked the worker for hot sauce, ketchup, and honey for a 10 piece family meal. He gave me 2 packs of each. I asked for more and he gave me 2 more packs of each. So 4 ketchup, 4 hot sauce, and 4 honey for 10 pieces of chicken, fries, and biscuits when there is 5 people eating the meal. The worker proceeded to tell me to read the sign which I couldn't in the pouring rain and told me that he doesn't make the rules that I need to talk to the manager and closed the window in my face. When making it home 2 minutes away I noticed that the chicken was old and hard and the fries were over cooked. To make a long story short my family had an unpleasant meal. I currently have cancer and unable to get around much due to chemo and wanted to treat my kids to something special because we're struggling financially and wanted to take their minds off everything for a moment. I don't appreciate the rudeness from the worker. I don't appreciate having a over cooked meal and not being able to get condiments for a meal I paid for. This is the first time I've ever received this kind of treatment at this location and I will now have to drive to Popeyes the next time my family would like chicken. It doesn't cost anything for the workers to treat customers with respect and to provide fresh food with the proper amount of condiments. This economy is already to high and we would like to get the value of what we paid for.
