The service was absolutely terrible. My daughter had a dental stick in her chicken tenders, the rice and refried beans never arrived, and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a chile con queso. 😡

The server by the name is Cesar is an absolute horrible employee. He is RUDE. On my walk to the restroom I was in his path and said oops excuse me and instead of going around me he stood there and didn’t move and looked me dead in the eyes. As a server you are supposed to be courteous and go around or move aside. Get rid of this person, he seems miserable working here.

Prices are reasonable. Good selection. The boom boom sauce is great. Service was good although they were skimping on napkins, we had to ask for more several times. Overall, a good place to eat TexMex if you are craving for some.

Please look for another restaurant if you are interested in getting real frozen margaritas. We ordered 2 and neither had any alcohol. 1 was not even fully frozen. I was told by the bar tender and the manager that frozen margaritas are made in the morning (we ordered ours at approximately 6:30PM). When I challenged both to try a sample from their batch they refused. Chuys used to be a fantastic restaurant with great food and people that cared. Unfortunately, all that has changed since they were bought out last year.
