Cicis been stepping up their game. Pizzas were consistently fresh and they were good with orders. Restaurant was clean. Soda maybe a bit watered down but pretty minor nitpick.

Not the greatest experience, and I probably will not be back to this location. Paid almost 9 bucks for the buffet, and to my surprise, they didn't have anything fresh. All the pizza they had was cold and wasn't tended to. Took me sitting down a few mins before fresh pizza was placed out. I'm talking it was a bone yard. One or two slices of pizza per tray. No where near like the other locations I've gone to. Next thing I know, a bus full of students poured in and made eating or having a chance to get anything near impossible. Was tempted to get my money back and just leave. It was just horrible and was not maintained properly

This location never have a variety of pizza hot and fresh ready to serve. I have been to this location 3 times and each time it’s multiple empty pizza pans on the bar. Have to wait at least 10 mins to eat when we arrive for fresh pizza

I had a great experience at CiCi’s! One day, I accidentally lost my ring there and went back hoping someone had seen it. The staff was super kind and helpful — even though they hadn’t found it at the time, they took my contact info just in case. The next day, I got a call saying they had found it! I was so relieved and grateful. Amazing customer service and such genuinely nice staff. Thank you CiCi’s for going above and beyond!

Me and my boyfriend came on a Friday night at PRIME dinner time and the carrots were visibly moldy on the salad bar station. Then when I came down to the pizza line, all of them looked like they have been sitting for over an hour and they were limited to section selection of options and were not fresh. Also, when we got to the soda machine, the most popular soda, Dr Pepper was out of order

We wanted to stop for a quick dinner. It’s a much smaller location and limited variety. It wasn’t close to closing time and everything on the bar was cold and dried up including pasta. There was barely enough pasta for one bowl. My husband got some pizza that tasted like reheated but cold pizza. We had to request specific pizza bc of their lack of variety. We wouldn’t go to this location again.
I visited Cicis pizza frequently because I live over 16 years next door. Me and my grandson for us is the best place. I revisited the plac e when I had my vacation in February from Philippines to visit my daughter and the first thing I did is took my over 6ft grandson to Cicis pizza to enjoy their delicious pizza and made happy memories. Shall visit again next time I get back to Texas. Thank you for the crispy pizza always fresh as you order. The best!

Not enough pizzas being made so the selection was extremely limited. Also there were more dirty tables with plates, food, and crumbs than people. This created a limited seating selection. Will not return due to the lack of cleanliness. If there were several tables that were dirty and it's visible to the customer, im worried about the cleanliness of the area we don't see (kitchen).

My family enjoys cicis pizza multiple times throughout the month. The manager is always welcoming. Customer service Excellent. The facility and bathrooms are always Cleaned and stocked. Highly recommend to friends and family.
