Easily the best location I've ever been to. Been going to various locations for 20 years. We have 3 small kids and it's a nice treat for them about twice a month. I have been to this location several times now and the manager Sean as well as all of the staff are very nice and attentive. Sean is very personable and is always asking if you need anything when you get to the food line as well as how you are doing. The restaurant is also very clean and well maintained.
My daughter loves this place. We go on Mondays or Tuesdays for the $5.99 buffet

This was our first time visiting this location, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were greeted immediately, and Angelo provided outstanding service. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, even during a busy time, and everyone maintained a positive attitude.
We were very impressed with the variety of pizza options available, as well as how quickly fresh, hot pizza was served. The arcade was a great addition, and our kids had a wonderful time. Overall, we were extremely happy with both the service and the atmosphere. We highly recommend this location—10/10.

This was my first time at a cicis pizza and it was a great first experience. The place was super clean and although there was a rush of people after we came in the place was maintained clean and the food was kept fresh and hot. The manager Angelo was great. He was polite and kind, he explained how the whole thing worked and was just welcoming. The pizza itself was very good. I was not fond of the dessert but I will definitely be coming back

Cicis Pizza was not only really good about helping kids with their issues on the games and if they couldn't do something with the currency to go play the games but they were also really nice to the adults there as well! And the pizza from here was really good! And if they made a mistake which only happens once in a lifetime, they automatically apologize and they fix it immediately with no charge and they you your money back! I definitely recommend this place if you're getting bored of the same game places to hang out with the same old pizza because let me tell you, if you're thinking the same as what I just said before this and you definitely agree, this place is perfect for you! And finally, I rate this place a 5 out of 5, this place is perfect for you and me!

This is still the BEST Cicis in Houston and Katy. Sean cares about the quality of the restaurant and it shows. Always something on the buffet, always clean and friendly staff. I have 4 kids and we’ve been to them all and I will always come back to this location no matter what part of Katy I’m in. Thanks Sean!!!!
I have a cicis about 4-5 minutes away from our house but I’d rather drive out the 20 minutes to this location! Customer service is great and the food is always fresh! Seeing so many young employees do such a great job and make it such a great atmosphere is so refreshing to see! Keep up the great work!

The food was average. This location had the chocolate dessert and it was basically a Boston creme type dessert. It was not worth the hype. There was a gentleman who works at this location who was super friendly and answered awesome salesperson. I think his name was Sean. If you want someone who works hard and polite ask for him!!!

Shawn is nice! Haven’t been to a cicis since 2010. Had a nice convo with him before I left. I tried almost all the pizza flavors and they were good. The buffalo almost states like it has a garlic bread crust. I hope one day they bring back the Caesar salad dressing but the others are good. I recommend this place. Good luck to you Shawn!

Smells really bad like 💩. The smell was so bad it can be smelled in the game room. I’m not sure if it’s plumbing issues and they had a lot of the same pizza out.
