This is still the BEST Cicis in Houston and Katy. Sean cares about the quality of the restaurant and it shows. Always something on the buffet, always clean and friendly staff. I have 4 kids and we’ve been to them all and I will always come back to this location no matter what part of Katy I’m in. Thanks Sean!!!!

I have a cicis about 4-5 minutes away from our house but I’d rather drive out the 20 minutes to this location! Customer service is great and the food is always fresh! Seeing so many young employees do such a great job and make it such a great atmosphere is so refreshing to see! Keep up the great work!

The food was average. This location had the chocolate dessert and it was basically a Boston creme type dessert. It was not worth the hype. There was a gentleman who works at this location who was super friendly and answered awesome salesperson. I think his name was Sean. If you want someone who works hard and polite ask for him!!!

Shawn is nice! Haven’t been to a cicis since 2010. Had a nice convo with him before I left. I tried almost all the pizza flavors and they were good. The buffalo almost states like it has a garlic bread crust. I hope one day they bring back the Caesar salad dressing but the others are good. I recommend this place. Good luck to you Shawn!

This is by far the best Cici’s I’ve ever been too. All fresh pizzas constantly being prepared and don’t even get me started about the manager (bald handsome guy). He was absolutely amazing, so uplifting, and made us feel like family. It was a breath of fresh air. The other employees were great and super friendly also. The best one around. We will be back for our pizza buffet experience again. Thanks my local Cici friends.

This Cici's HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN TOWN!! I just want to give a shout out to the owner, manager Shawn! Him and his staff are incredibly professional and personal! They know how to make my family, and I keep returning back to this particular Cici's! Shawn himself knows how to run the show and make everyone in the restaurant feel welcomed by making sure if they need any special pizza on the bar or make one personal just for you! He actually made me and my family Cici's version of the Margherita Pizza, and it came out perfectly splendid! JOB WELL DONE!! Shawn and his staff also make the experience a whole lot better by always putting fresh, hot, and delicious pizza on the buffet! Thanks for always making our experience at Cici's a pleasant yet fulfilling one, Shawn! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! We will see you tomorrow, the next day and more to come after!

Cleanest CiCi’s I’ve ever been to. Staff were very friendly. This location however doesn’t have as much variety as the Pin Oak location but still good. Also, I will suggest they turn down the warmers. Pizza and desserts were a bit hard/charred.

I was craving Cici's, and I haven't been to one in ages. This location in particular had fantastic reviews, and they were not lying. Upon grabbing my plate, a fellow named Angelus welcomed me and asked if I had any pizza requests. Five minutes after requesting two particular pizzas, they were out on the buffet line. The pizza was delicious, the salad bar was always full, and the employees were very friendly!
