Staff is confused about menu, prices on menu board don’t match prices in register. Unsatisfying $10 juice experience.

Took over an hour and didn’t even get my order right, if I’m paying over 40 dollars I at least expect my order to be done in at least 15 mins not a whole hour. While I understand business gets busy, they should learn priority, about 8 customers AFTER ME ended up getting their meal before I could even get a drink. If they could’ve communicated with me that my food and drinks would take a while that would have reassured me but instead I felt like I was in the wrong to ask them questions about the items I was receiving. This place has really good food and drinks but today they didn’t taste right. Please work on the customer service ? I really did like this place but after today? Never mind

Over an hour wait and no order yet. This is the second time it happens. A few months ago I order online, get there at the pick up time and they had not even started the order. Had to wait a long time for it and they were not busy at the time. Today, they took a while and messed up the order. My daughter ordered at around 11:45.. by 1 pm they started doing the avocado toast. I called and the manager was not in store so the person in charge gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that she wasn’t there and other stuff that is not my concern. Food is good there, juices and smoothies but they could def work on time management. My daughter has been there for over an hour and 20 mins that’s unacceptable. She’s stressed and to top it off they won’t do a refund until their manager gets there in an hour from now.

Ordered ahead online. Upon arrival, there were three girls working. I was standing where the "DoorDash pickup" was and Lina informed me that there were quite a few orders ahead of me. Understandable. After about 5 minutes, my son said he wanted a smoothie. We went up to the register and the two other girls ignored our presence and one looked and me but proceeded with her job. Fortunately, Lina acknowledged me and took my order. I told her my toddler and sister were in the car waiting and she was nice enough to work on our order right away!A customer walked in and waited at the register for probably 5 minutes with no one saying a word - not a hi or we will be right with you, nothing! He just walked out.I give the juices and smoothie a 5 but customer service as a whole a 1. There was no team work whatsoever.If you order here, expect for your drink(s) to be ready in 20-40 minutes. No lie.

Food and drinks are good. The place also clean however the service was terrible. Came in around 12pm today and after ordering my drinks and food more customers came in and ended up getting their orders completed before I could even get ONE ITEM. After an hour later they finally handed me the toast but was made incorrectly. I'm not the type to write bad reviews or express myself in person but the service was bad and out of order. Hopefully I get my refund because 40 dollars for this mess? No thank you.

Absolutely love this place. You can taste the freshness of all of the ingredients and pride the staff takes in their preparation. Just an overall great experience.

Went in the morning and it was my first time coming! Brandon helped me with the menu and what first juice offers. And my juice was super good too!
Very fresh and tasty organic juice options. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you pick out a great juicing program. If you have food allergies they are very helpful and willing to accommodate. It’s a little pricey but it’s a healthy investment in yourself.
