I most probably won’t be coming back although the brown sugar cookies and cream is my favorite. However, the girl with lashes needs some serious customer service training, this is now my 5th time visiting and it’s always the same “I don’t want to be here attitude,” I don’t expect from much from a high schooler but WOW I had my own poor interaction but to see her treating other customers the same way blew my mind. She sits in her little corner on her phone and rolls her eyes and is BOTHERED when you come in, this ice cream place has amazing flavors, but will not get repeat business with this types of employees….

Came to cloud 10 creamery with my husband, and left very disappointed. The employee had a bad attitude and talked back rudely, I was so shocked. Made my order wrong and when confronted she lied to me. Very disappointed on the overall experience!!

What a terrible experience!! I've always been a fan of cloud 10 over the past few years. Recently coming to this location has changed my mind. Walked in and the floor was so wet and no wet floor sign. Especially when coming in with children that is so dangerous. I order the same thing I've always ordered for years a banana split. The employee was very rude, the entire time. Once my order was complete I pointed out to her that my order was wrongly made. She responded that's how I make it. I was here Sunday at 8:00 p.m. March 10th 2024.

I had soy ice cream. I can't believe I just typed that lol Such a cute ice cream shop with unique flavors. I stopped by with a craving for pizza and happened to see this cute shop in the corner. The restaurant was very clean when I walked in, I was greeted upon entry by the employee (she was so sweet and attentive). They allowed me to sample as many flavors as I wished, which is always appreciated. while I tried a few flavors, I ended up choosing the toasted rice with soy sauce and the marzipan. They do have the tested rice without the soy sauce as well. Both flavors were great! The marzipan flavor tasted just like the real thing. It is a bit on the sweet side for those of you interested, but of course, I don't mind. The toasted rice was subtle, and the soy sauce was the perfect addition to really make the flavor pop. It is a slightly sweet soy sauce. What a great play on flavors. The ice cream was a little bit on the icy side. They also had some really unique toppings, I went with the candied pecans. I love new experiences when it comes to ice cream so I will definitely be back to try more flavors. Thanks for such a unique experience!

We visited the Katy location and had the best experience! Yummy ice cream, made on the spot cones, best customer service that even replaced our scoop when it fell off the cone! Definitely going back!

This is one of a handful of places we can take our neurodiverse toddler. He’s easily overwhelmed and always picks up on other’s feelings about him through tone or annoyed and rushed interactions. Ethan, coincidentally, is who weve been helped by every time. He’s always calm, considerate and patient with us, no matter what state my son is in. Given that I can’t teach my son through interactions he hasn’t had, it’s beyond appreciated that my son can go to Cloud10 and be treated with decency and respect, even if he is a child. The ice cream is fantastic too- never any weird ice crystal pieces, it’s always mixed well, the flavors are fun & it’s just a unique experience we only get at Cloud10. And the made to order waffle cone? GENIUS!!

Oh wow! The unique flavors alone make this a fun and tasty experience! They have seasonal variations of their unique flavors and they have the year round "normal" flavors. They let you taste any that you'd like and the staff are really kind and patient. It took me a while to decide with all the options being so unusual. I'll be back to try the other flavors!

Love that it's not your typical ice cream shop. The flavor are so unique and yummy! It's a little pricey, but what isn't this days. We tried their most requested flavor the Nutella w/Marshmallows and also the Cafe Sua Da and Earl Grey Lemon. So Good! Highly recommend trying this place.

A tad expensive but great location for family ice cream night. We sat outside under stars and once kids were done they played on the grass with the other kids. Great evening

Really good ice cream and friendly staff. They will let you try different flavors, they are attentive and the waffle cones are always fresh. It's a little pricey and the portions are normal so coming from places with oversized portions you notice the difference.
