We went there for the first was food and alright, service sucks. We asked for some coffee lattes and they told us they didn't have enough cups so they will give is the coffee in paper cups, but then a group of 15 white lady's sits in and they all got glass coffee mugs for their coffee. The guy on the front was so rude with my daughter when she asked for ice cream and our order was all messed up. I won't recommend? I do work in service and I love to have my customers happy and give them what they need and be on top of them, but in this place I saw the opposite they choose who to service good and bad ?

Family five came in for dessert. All my 3 kids (3-6 years old) wanted ice cream so we asked if they can sample a flavor to make sure they like the flavor. The kids all picked their ice cream flavor, my husband picked a cookie instead after trying the coconut. Then it was my turn and I asked to sample as well. The guy turned to me from the register and said last sample and that we don’t let people sample this much. I picked my flavor but I’m thinking okay this was a bit rude. It’s different if we were trying the samples and not buying anything. However, that was not the case. Then we went to the restroom and on the changing table there were poop still on it. We would not come back mainly because of the service.

My daughter and I enjoyed this place today. It was clean, quiet, and welcoming with good service. The menu had some good options. My daughter had ice cream, and I had a crepe, but I didn't like the oil taste on my crepe.

I love this place! Totally needs a way better website! I got a caramel latte half sweet and it was perfect! Service is fantastic and knowledgeable employees. It's a great place to chill with a friend or meet up for a Bible study or whatever!

The food was absolutely delightful, and I can't wait to introduce my husband to this place. Our visit was during a quiet time, so there were plenty of seats available, both indoors and out on the patio. However, parking is virtually non existent here, so its best to plan your visit during off peak hours or try to find street parking. As for beverages, we chose a cold brew and a caramel latte. The latte was particulary enjoyuable and satisfying. The preparation time for our drinks was a bit longer, but the result was worth the wait

this is a nice small queen place and it is quite affordable too. They have a vast menu and it sometimes changes but the most popular dish in a most peoples opinion is the red bean paste. That is something that is very popular at this location, but I would definitely recommend their ice cream.they also have good drinks and even though it’s a snack place, I would say that it’s great for studying, dates, and a good family appetizer. If you live in Katy, this is such a nice place and as always much love from Houston and the universe. Ɛ>Parking: Limited amount of spots for multiple stores but usually I am able to find a place to parkKid-friendliness: I think kids would love this place
Chicken Cutlet Sandwich - made with house sauce and slaw This was waaaaaaaaayyy tooo gooooooood !!!!!!!!! Saved half so I can savor it for later. I usually don't like doing that. Definitely a must !!
We normally ignore the rudeness and poor service by the cashier because crepes were good and at an affordable price and coffee was alright. Today the crepes were poor, Nutella seemed watered down and coffee tasted burnt. Disappointed by our visit today, perhaps in the future when we forget about today and decide to give it another try… it’s a shame because it was our go to place for crepes, cakes and coffee.

Haven't been here in (5?) years, but I used to love it. I took some young guests here over the weekend for their first nitrogen ice cream experience, but the service was so awful and rude, we left angry, disappointed, and without the nitrogen ice cream experience due to cashier's awful attitude/communication. We won't be back.

Food so so, place is ok but service is awful. I dont know if the male doing the counter is the owner but he is rude! We were ordering and just wanted a cup of ice for my drink and he refused to get it and that i have to wait until all the people in line is gone is so wrong it would not take him a minute to get the cup of ice which was right behind him and he was not pleasant at all! Way to go for a business owner who does not know customer service! Definitely not coming back!
