First Time!
I decided to try something else than Starbucks. The atmosphere was nice. Emma was sweet and took my order. However, the service took longer than expected for to-go order. Also, the price was a factor for the size of drink I got. I would have definitely gotten more for my buck at Starbucks. Overall, the large honey vanilla latte I ordered tasted good if you like honey of course!

Very nice place, great prompt service, but the coffee unfortunately is not the best for my taste.

I was thrilled when Coffee Fellows opened in the U.S., starting with Houston and then Katy. With 230 locations across Europe, I had high hopes—and they delivered. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had, the food far exceeded expectations, and for the first time, I felt there was a real alternative to Starbucks.
But my excitement quickly turned to disappointment:
1. No labeling. Cups don’t have names or order details, so you can’t tell whose drink is whose—or if your almond milk latte is really almond milk (a serious issue for people with allergies).
2. Broken app. Coffee Fellows’ app rarely works. Even the “new” version hasn’t let me log in.
3. Slow service. I’ve waited over 20 minutes for my orders, even when the store wasn’t busy. They’re consistently understaffed and lack proper systems for optimal efficiency.
I truly want Coffee Fellows to succeed here. Their product is outstanding, but unless they fix these basic but critical issues, I don’t see how they’ll compete long-term in the U.S.

We ordered our coffee through the app , but when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes before they even acknowledged us in the drive thru. Not sure what is going on, but the service has progressively gotten worse.

Not overly friendly staff and took forever!! We went through the drive through and there were no cars in line so was surprised at how long it took to get our two drinks (8 minutes once we paid!). Both coffee drinks tasted great but not ideal to wait that long without any explanation or apology.
My first time visiting and I loved it! It was a great place for me to go just to get out of my chaotic house and relax! Service was excellent and they were great at giving me suggestions of what to get. The Mocha cold brew was so smooth and to die for! The atmosphere was great it was amazing just to sit and relax while reading a book! Will definitely make this apart of my routine!

They seem to prioritize drive through over in store customers. Legitimately waited over 30 minutes for a single coffee. Entire drive through line got their orders first even though I ordered before them. I won't be back.
Update: I spoke with the team and they were extremely understanding and apologetic. Although the first experience was not ideal, they made a true effort to make things right. I appreciate the response and will be giving them another chance. The coffee was great so I'm hoping the next time, itll be a home run across all avenues.

This place has good coffee, but there is always a wait between 15-20 minutes, which seems to be the usual no matter how many customers there are. Today, I placed an online order that stated it may be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived an additional 5 mins later, so 15 mins after the order time, and waited for 40 minutes. I ordered one coffee and a croissant, which took them 40 minutes. Additionally, they happened to be out of cold foam, which is an additional add-on fee. They were unable to refund me the additional fee for the cold foam and offered me nothing but an apology. What a waste of $17 and almost an hour of my time. They are honestly hit or miss. I come here pretty often, so I’m used to the 15-20 minute wait, although it’s not preferred, but 40 minutes is ridiculous, and to not be accommodated for the additional add-on that I paid extra for is ridiculous. It seems like there is no type of system in place; they look and act completely lost; there’s no type of urgency or teamwork.

The coffee is great, however, the food is just not it! The first 2 times I had food it was pretty good. The 3rs tike I went I asked for a breakfast sandwhich on a croissant, the eggs and bacon were warm but the croissant was cold, as if it has been taken out of a fridge. I decides to give it anitger go because I like their service and hoped it was just a one off experience, well total fail again. I askes for a breakfast sandwhich on a bagel and the bagel was unedible. It was SO chewy and hard, it felt like laffy taffy. I ate the filling but could not eat the bagel. I think what happened was that the bagel was miceowaved, that is the only thing I can think of. I am really dissapointed because I really enjoyed the fitst couple of times but now I avoid this place.

I came here today for the first time with my mother, and needless to say the food was great, loved the beverages we both got, but as much as the atmosphere was amazing the workers just didn’t seem like the best, i understand a job is a job! Great but at least fake it till you make .when we were seated we finished our food and my mom wanted to order something else she did so ,and when the lady told her coworker what she needed as in what my mom ordered the lady just laughed and shook her head, I found it very weird but I ignored it. Lastly when someone came thru the drive thru, (we were seated by the drive thru) I acknowledged it and moved on but when the worker was explaining to the customer that the only small size they had was a medium and I’m not sure what they ended up ordering but once she was done taking her order I overheard her saying “she kept sayin small small small”, pretty much mimicking her but not in a innocent way more like annoyed so I found that very unprofessional and not a behavior she should have toward a customer her job is to explain to us what they carry in their shop not being taunted in secret. The atmosphere/vibe would’ve been even better if the workers didint make such remarks and such attitude.

Did mobile pick up early on purpose to give time before work, 20 minutes to place and when I got there, the workers were doing nothing but talking and didn't even know I had order. Cassi was very rude to me. Good matcha but will not go back.
