Vietnamese and craft beer? I'm game.
Dumplings were nice and crispy, vermicelli and pork with egg roll was delicious. Shaking beef was tender and very tasty.
No one knew much about the beers, but we took a swing and found one we liked... That was the only snafu...

Excellent food! Their Texas inspired hot cheek dumplings were so flavorful (I love a good fusion). Their Bun Cha was a first for me and I was blown away with how full of flavor it was! Our server was so attentive and the food came out quickly. 10/10 would recommend

I was pleasantly surprised by the Saigon-style BBQ Pork Vermicelli I had at Corner 99. The pork was perfectly charred, delivering a smoky flavor enhanced by a delightful mix of spices. The bowl was also thoughtfully paired with a fresh assortment of vegetables, which complemented the dish beautifully. It’s hands down the best I’ve tried in Katy. I highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!
