First time trying Crust Pizza heard about from a friend wasn’t disappointed at all. One of the best Pizza I’ve ever had hands down! A must try for everyone who loves pizza.

My online order was half an hour late. But Ethan came through with the clutch compensation. If it wasn’t for Ethan, I’d give 1 star. So please give him some special recognition. The pizza was good too. I got a carnivore pizza and a herbivore pizza and both satisfied the omnivore in me.

Having a severe food allergy can make eating out difficult and scary. The manger on duty last night (11/17/25) was very receptive, helpful and through making sure that our pizza was safe. I appreciate it so so much. And, it was delicious!!!

Great food! Good pizza deal. Thy aren’t the most baby friendly place tho. Couldn’t get hot water for a bottle and the high chairs don’t flip over to put a car seat on them. They did have good changing tables tho.

They have a vegan cheese so numerous vegan options, staff is super nice and friendly and great place to take the kids and play.

Terrible serivice. We walked in, waited for 5 minutes to be seated.....seated ourselves since none seemed to care.
Waived to the waiter to bring menus, nobody seemed to care. Went to the cashier to order and pay.....first oder came after 10 min...... then....they forgot about the 2nd one ..... I had to go ask for them to start working on it. 15 min later waiter shows up with the wrong order
In the meantime , my kids were starving......but then again, nobody's problem apparently.

Like Crust...this is pitiful. We've been coming to y'all since you opened and this is by far the saddest little pizza y'all have ever given us. It was overcooked and hard as a rock. Just downright sad. Service has always been top notch, food has always been amazing, and so have your staff. Something has changed recently and it's not for the better and I'm super sad. We didn't recognize anyone that knows us on our recent visit which tells me something bad happened. I think we will be finding a new pizza place 😭
