The staff were very welcoming & helpful with menu & questions. Food took a bit to come out. Fish sandwich was good but could be hotter temp wise & cheese at least melty. The bun was soft & I loved the cheese curds stringy even tho they are small. The onion rings reminded me of Whataburgers, crunchy & thin. I loved that they have pint icecream for sale too , def get one they are worth it !

This was my first time dining in at night, and I got my order in about 5 minutes very fast.
The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming.
While looking at the menu they dont seem to say what came on the burgers, but the server explained everything. They also have a “build your own burger” option, which is a nice touch.
The burger itself is on the smaller side, with a light bun. I felt the onions could have been grilled a bit more. For the side, it seems like the fries only come in a small portion.
I tried their signature sauce, which tastes like a mix of blue cheese and cayenne. I didn’t get to try the ice creams this time, but I plan to on my next visit.

I’m sitting at the drive thru in the 1st left lane and there’s no on responding to me for 5 minutes. There’s a box with a person next to me on my right and they have no one waiting but don’t help until I call them out. I then get told to reverse my vehicle to go to her lane since the person on the box is not responding. Mind you, there’s no one waiting for food or in line. I place my order with the lady in the box. In the same box they have tap to pay but there a curb with about a 2 foot gap between the window and my vehicle. I have to get out of my vehicle to tap to pay and then get told to park in a parking spot and not go into the lane. I’ve had time to write this review while I wait on my food. Parking is the dumbest concept to me considering there is not line in the drive thru. Seems like that’s a way to skew their numbers to not have someone in the drive thru line. Horrible service. At least the food is decent. Horrible experience for a place I had more hope for. You can have great food but if the experience is bad, it’s not worth it.

Fantastic food, nice new clean restaurant, glad there is a location so close to my house now
The first time when they first opened, the food was great. The last three times I’ve ordered from there. The food quality has gone downhill service downhill.. Today I ordered off DoorDash and this is what they sent me. The pictures. I just added look at the quality of that meat. How old is that thing? That patty is so wafer thin for the price as they charge they sure do give you some quality food don’t they?. I want to know who they have behind there on the grill of five-year-old cause this is her horrible looking. I couldn’t even eat it after looking at it how disgusting it was. I threw it in the garbage if you’re looking for quality food this is not the place to go And I’ve eaten at a dozen different Culver’s in different states and this by far is the worst one

I'm glad there is a new location closer to me. the other location that I frequent more was at the Fulshear location. But this new location at Katy i did not have the pleasure to dine inside but used the drive thru which was suprise to see a booth with a person in it to take orders which i thought was neat but I dont like the idea to park on side and someone brings out my food order, I've experienced this twice and both times took awhile, if I'm going to use the drive thru, i expect to get my food right away at the windows when it's my turn, hence the 3 star rating
