Came for a blizzard and a sundae. The lady behind the counter taking our order had her phone on (not silenced) and literally asked what we wanted then started doing something on her phone, has to re-ask what my husband ordered, then I placed my order. She repeated it back correctly. We got it to go. When we got home his blizzard wasn't even correct. Had she actually been paying attention to the paying customers it would have been but apparently she had more important things to do. Staffing was very unfriendly. Also most of the ice cream menu had stickers thats said currently not available, so not a ton to choose from. Not sure Id be back based on this!

My family and I enjoy Dairy Queen, especially for their ice cream. While we’ve dined inside before, we primarily use the drive-thru for a sweet treat. Overall, the restaurant is clean, and most of the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back.
However, I’m giving 4 stars because my order accuracy tends to be hit or miss—it’s about a 50/50 chance that everything is correct. Unfortunately, when mistakes happen, the owner has not been very willing to make things right, which can be frustrating. That said, the rest of the staff is great, and the quality of the ice cream is always good.
I do hope to see improvements in customer service, but despite the occasional issue, we continue to visit and enjoy our treats!

This location is a joke at this point, I’m not sure if this establishment pulls in enough money to where they can afford to constantly be ‘sold out’ of a limited time crunch dip flavor. It’s laughable at this point, there are quite literally only two Dairy Queen locations and the management must have their heads in the clouds. Get it together and serve people what they want. It’s not like Dairy Queen is a well established chain anyways, so do what you all can.

I visited this location on Veterans Day and the employees were the nicest ever. My blizzard was made to perfection and I really appreciated the cheerful customer service.
I was in the drive through and ordered my food and blizzard. Got the food and they slammed the window when I was telling them they forgot the blizzard. I honked briefly to catch the guys attention but nothing. There was another employee standing in my view on his phone. I waved at him and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. Waited another 10 minutes and no one came up. Finally a lady comes up and I told her and she made them give me the blizzard. Don't go here unless you want overpriced mediocre food with very rude service.

waited for ten minutes while the employees stared at us and hid behind the wall. they almost pretended to take our order and got hand sanitizer and went back to hide. also forgot to mention it was 95 degrees inside.
