Closes 20 minutes before it supposed to. You should advertise your actual hours or hire people willing to work the full shift.

Who ever is on shift from 5:00 to 11:00 takes advantage of the fact that he can close if he wants and not serve customers trying to buy from a franchised company mind you I was ordering two regular jalitos and this guy refused to serve me at this mason road location now I’m rushing to go to the grand parkway location all because he abuses his power as a manager And shunned me his name is Dillon and he misused the power of miss information and he said we’re closed 27 minutes prior to them closing at 11:00 a clock saying open. Regardless of his comments on Apple and google maps so I’m most likely not gonna make it but this is preposterous And his laziness Most Of all sickens me there needs to be reform cause I’m not gon beg no one to take my money fam. Lastly I was able to get my jalitos from the grand parkway location and I’m very thankful they work hard there . Thanks guise for solving this issue.

I always thought that every dairy Queen had the deluxe burrito! I've been on road trips twice in Texas pulled up to a dairy Queen and couldn't get a deluxe burrito. So I googled it, seems the owner here put this little gem on the menu, or kept it after it was discontinued, but I have this like 3 or 4 times a week. Wish they would make a meal with two of them, because it definitely takes two lol

Boy at the drive thru today' around 6pm was very rude, at the intercom didn't say anything hello' how are you ' nothing got my order wrong & then when i got to window didn't say anything either ' when I gave him back the order he left window open he said a smart remark stil didn't fix my order went in for a refund ' the man who gave me a refund didn't apologize or nothing they were just in the back talking and laughing, won't come back again .

Placed a mobile pickup order on the dq app, have to wait 15 minutes to go pick it up, then I get there and they say they didn’t get my order. Said their internet went down and just came back up as the excuse, but that they couldnt make my order and I would have to call the number on the app. The number just rings forever nobody answers. Go back in and they tell me I have to dispute the charge from my bank. All this to pick up some fast food lmao sure

Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru lane just for a cone. Definitely would not come back again.
Came for a blizzard and a sundae. The lady behind the counter taking our order had her phone on (not silenced) and literally asked what we wanted then started doing something on her phone, has to re-ask what my husband ordered, then I placed my order. She repeated it back correctly. We got it to go. When we got home his blizzard wasn't even correct. Had she actually been paying attention to the paying customers it would have been but apparently she had more important things to do. Staffing was very unfriendly. Also most of the ice cream menu had stickers thats said currently not available, so not a ton to choose from. Not sure Id be back based on this!

My family and I enjoy Dairy Queen, especially for their ice cream. While we’ve dined inside before, we primarily use the drive-thru for a sweet treat. Overall, the restaurant is clean, and most of the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back.
However, I’m giving 4 stars because my order accuracy tends to be hit or miss—it’s about a 50/50 chance that everything is correct. Unfortunately, when mistakes happen, the owner has not been very willing to make things right, which can be frustrating. That said, the rest of the staff is great, and the quality of the ice cream is always good.
I do hope to see improvements in customer service, but despite the occasional issue, we continue to visit and enjoy our treats!

This location is a joke at this point, I’m not sure if this establishment pulls in enough money to where they can afford to constantly be ‘sold out’ of a limited time crunch dip flavor. It’s laughable at this point, there are quite literally only two Dairy Queen locations and the management must have their heads in the clouds. Get it together and serve people what they want. It’s not like Dairy Queen is a well established chain anyways, so do what you all can.
