Smaller Dairy Queen, but has everything you need and always provides me good food and service. I wanted to especially call out Carlos V. who recently served me a Blizzard during my stop in. He greeted me upon entering, handled my order perfectly, was very friendly, and made me leave feeling like a valued customer. Congrats to the manager here for hiring and properly training such a nice young man. And a big thank you and congrats to Carlos for being such a hard worker and gentleman. Keep up the great work, and all the best to you in the future!

The ladies/men working the drive thru and kitchen Thursday 2-28-24 430ish was on their best chef ....stuff today. I ordered Nacho Deluxe everything was FRESH and HOT.

I have visited here a few times the cooks have bad comprehension. You can ask for no lettuce no tomato's the cashier will repeat it to you but somehow lettuce and tomato's are still on the tacos, hamburger, etc. I still cameback let them no what occurred not looking for anything free but no acknowledgment apologize or reassurance that it wouldn't happen this time. I get to the window ask for sour cream and the cool cilantro lime sauce and the kid in the window goes and ask. They didn't have the sauce even though the tacos advertise included this sauce. The other worker extra extra like okay I have no problem paying 0.54 but let's add it up 8.32 wasted on the last meal because it had lettuce and tomato's another 8.32 tonight because the shells were stale. So who won. I would have given the customer sour cream after they expressed the order was incorrect. You can never do the survey and their phone number is disconnected. I won't be back what a business

Went by 48 minutes before closing and two of the employees were standing in the drive-through lane smoking a joint when I pulled up and they promptly put the joint out and angrily told me they were closed. I won’t be going to this location again. I’ll make the drive to Fry Road.
Went here to pick up one of Dairy Queens iconic ice cream cakes for a special occasion. To begin with, the number that is published online doesn't work. When we informed the cashier about it, he said that he was unable to change the number online. We had gotten a cake and asked for it to be written on. When we got it back, we thought it was a joke. It looked like it was written on, then erased and rewritten. When asked we were told that it was the only option because we didn't place an order, which we couldn't because the phone number didn't work!! and were asked if we still wanted it. We were taking it to a party so didn't have any choice since there were only 2 other cakes left which were both peanut butter flavored.We used whatever excuse we could about why the cake looked like it was half melted even though it was frozen, and when we ate it, the cookie layer inside the cake was soft. It was so disappointing! Every bite was a reminder of how the cakes at Dairy Queen USED to taste. I hope it was just an issue with this particular Dairy Queen, but that's also not helpful since this was the closest one to me. Just a horrible experience overall.

I took my younger sister to get ice cream at around 10:30pm on 10/20/2023. Handed the cashier my credit card to pay. About 5 min later he brought out the ice cream and handed it to me. I then asked him for my credit card and he pulled it out of his pocket and handed it to me. I also asked for my receipt and he went back to the register to retrieve it. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or if he was intentionally trying to steal my card, but I will never be back to this location.
They closed the doors watching us walking up. BEFORE 10:30. Website says they are open until 11:00. ???

Waited in line for 28 minutes on August 20th. It was extremely hot & I had my grandkids in the truck with me. When it was our turn at the speaker, they never answered to take our order. My son said let's just leave! I waited 6 more minutes at speaker then drove to the window & could not see any employees inside. My son said he saw someone in there hiding. There were 5 cars behind us. It was not closing time, this took place in the afternoon. Thanks dairy queen for the inconvenience & disappointed kids.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

I always come to this dairy i have never had issues, but today just rude , was waiting at the speaker and then when i said “hello” they said yes may i help you? But the way she said it like if i was bugging them, dairy queen is a busy fast food icecream place everyone always wants it, work on better customer service because this is the only dairy queen in katy i can go to for blizzards. ?
