The counter service male was rude. We told him we had a coupon. He asked for code & was holding my phone. Found coupon code. Then he stated his manager did not want him to honor it. I am an 71 years old &received no respect.

My first time I went to this Dairy Queen and I was not disappointed. I had ordered a dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard and received a chocolate chip cookie dough but I didn’t realize until I had gotten home. When I went back told them when I was there and that I didn’t have a receipt(because I was never given one) and Jocelyn simply looked up my order and saw that what I had told them was correct and made me the correct blizzard. This is the best customer service I have received at a fast food place in a very long time, she didn’t complain or tell me she couldn’t help me, she stopped what she was doing and attended to what I was asking.

I placed my order by Uber, I ordered 2 milkshakes, one chocolate brownie and the other peppermint cocoa, upon receiving my order which took 40 minutes by the way, I am met with some cold fries and a chocolate oreo milkshake...never ordered this, never received either of my 2 orders, lousy.

I brought my family of 6 here tonight for a treat and DQ definitely delivered! It was empty when we arrived but just as quickly filled up with family after family arriving to this establishment to enjoy blizzards, chocolate dipped ice-cream and dinner. My wife and I had burgers which were delicious the kids had the country fried tender baskets and tacos and nachos for the table to sample. The cherry on top was not actually a fruit but the customer service Red, a employee was incredibly helpful and made sure we had napkins, sauce etc, everyone from front 9f house to the cooks were pleasant and we will return to this location for those very people. Job well done and hats off to you all.

Let me tell you how ridiculous it is that I have to waste my time when I'm in a hurry and have to spend extra time in the parking lot to clean up my kids cause I can't easily get a napkin.
Case in point put napkins out for the public to have easier access!! I don't want to have wait for the someone to walk around the the front counter to give me napkins

Todayworst service ever we showed up Sunday I guess about 1:56pm and some elderly lady and daughter couldn't get in I guess the manager said let's lock the door it's too busy in the drive through and in the restraint black girl died reddish curly hair then they took order in front of us and walked off , the lady was like is that my receipt she was ignored totaly and went to sit down and wait for food boy did they wait . Next man same crap no customer service at all .. then the girl ask do you want something and I said yes she said did you order i said no then she said next in line I said I am next ordered 3 ice creams took 20 minutes or more ... Kurt was the rudest as well just looked at us and walked off all the tables were nasty each customer had to clean their table .. what a joke and the cook with her ipod earpod in her ear was rude as crap .. poor owner watching his franchise money go down the drain 2 months ago was Kinda smokey inside vents in kitchen weren't working guy said poor cooks but ice cream were great, another recent visit kid at register had no skills didn't talk at all not 1 word and ice cream cups only filled on 1/2 of the side other half empty and laughed

Someone from management reached out to me after I left a bad review. We discussed the issue that I had, and she is going to remedy the situation with this location. I appreciate that this store owner and management do try to make repairs to their service when needed. I was impressed that they listened and cared that I was unhappy, so I am changing my review because they are trying. They just have to be made aware when their employees are not meeting customer expectations. I will be back to give them another chance.

I don't usually go to this DQ for food, just late night runs for a cold treat. Anytime I get a blizzard, it's just half the flavor, while the bottom half is vanilla. Like honestly what? It's really disappointing not just once or twice but at least 3 or 4 blizzards have been this way. And then I order a choco brownie extreme blizzard which I've ordered for years at other DQs and this one is just the chunks in vanilla instead of chocolate... I come after 8pm, but I don't know if it's laziness or what. Speaker service is OK and the guy in the window is pretty nice
