Danjoy's Homemade Pasta

A wonderful way to spend my husband's birthday. Giancarlo is so welcoming and he is such a good teacher. We learned how to make pasta and red sauce, then Giancarlo made ravioli for us to enjoy. His facility is spotless and inviting. I recommend this experience highly.

We had the best time celebrating our anniversary! We’ve been to several cooking classes, and this is by far one of the best experiences that we have had! The instructor was super knowledgeable and very easy to follow. The facility is very clean and well kept. Book a class. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an incredible time in the pasta 101 class! Chef Giancarlo has an incredible background with pasta and his knowledge made the entire experience fun and accessible for us beginners. We learned authentic techniques and tips that will take our homemade pasta to the next level. We got a Danjoy's pasta gift card from our friends . We have a great time making spinach gnocchi . Giancarlo is very nice , knowledgeable about what we make. the gnocchi and the sauce was so good. we got alot of left over to take home. yummy. recommended this place.

Went to Danjoy’s with the children and granddaughter, it was AMAZING!!! We learned how to make the absolute BEST fresh pasta and red and white sauces, we all really enjoyed it! My husband and I had an amazing experience!!! I cannot recommend this experience enough! Very personal and welcoming rather than institution type experience. We enjoyed our class and date experience very much. The atmosphere is perfect, a little Italy hidden right here in our neighborhood.
