Súper pissed because I drove a long ways for a single take-out plate, only get home and it’s not made right. Crazy that it looks like you have a single customer and can’t even get one plate right.

The service and food are always great. I love the value menu options but you have to ask for the value menue. My only complaint is the constant smell of sewer water. We've visited other Dennys in the area but the friendliness of this location is the reason we come back.

Upon entering the restaurant we noticed it was stuffy and humid. requested a booth.q I went to the restroom and the smell made me nauseous
The floor had a smell of. Stale/old water. I had untouched water, my wife had two sips of orange juice. Noticed waitstaff in a meeting in the kitchen. Mgr bypass my seat three times. Noticed other customers waiting for service. Decided it was not worth the mental, or health risk. Total cost of this mission $3.24.
Had to abort brkfast mission.

This place is horrible. Everything was wrong on our order. My hashbrowns were raw literally ice cold from the refrigerator. They brought me another hash brown half of it was raw this time. The other half was cooked like they didn’t turn it over. I asked for Over medium eggs. My eggs were hard-boiled basically. Up was all nasty. Restrooms are disgusting and smell bad. I definitely will not be coming back to this restaurant again. Spoke to the manager in one of your out the other.

Went there for Veterans' Day, for what I thought was going to be a free Veterans' Day breakfast. I could not believe the price they charged for a cup of coffee. That was half the price of a full meal.
Also, I think their trick was to add cheese to the scrambled eggs and then up-charged for adding cheese. At the very least, the waitress could have mentioned the upcharge when asking if I wanted it. The pancakes were not flavorful, the turkey bacon was ok, but I could not tell I had cheese eggs. I will tell you, the wait was not worth it.
I would like to say thank you to them for offering the Veteran's Day Meal, but I cannot. They falsely advertised.

By far the worse Dennys I’ve ever been to. Please don’t waste your time going here ESPECIALLY for Veterans Day. Was quoted 35 min wait when it was 1hr. Please just be transparent with people so they can choose if they want to go elsewhere. The bathrooms were unclean and smelled like such. Food was mediocre. Server was not attentive and took forever to assist. Wind up leaving with no tip given. The syrup in the tables looked like they had been in the bottle for some time so I requested the packet of syrup. Silverware was not clean thoroughly so be sure to request plastic ware.

We actually frequent this location often. Today the whole experience was off! I get it you’re short staffed, then let the patrons know! The server came 20 min after ordering and others complaining to say it will probably be another 10 minutes because there are 2 cooks. Ok so now we’re vested. The order shows up with ALL the burnt pieces of the hash browns and the other order normal. Really? You served this after a 45 min wait? My daughter’s order of pancakes came out after she was almost done. Cool let me see your manager….”They’re not here”. What? So she sends the assistant manger who discounted the meal for $1.30 that I had to ask for. Ridiculous experience and as a former server during college, it takes a lot for me to complain. This needed a complaint.

My favorite is the one at W. Airport, @ meadows,
This one here on south fry Rd, took for ever to get our foods they kept going back and forth about additions, even if we were going to pay extra, didn't offer water. And to top off it was the wrong order for one of us. Another 15 minutes for her order, coffe was warm closer to cold, had to get up my self to get condiments from another table including marmalade, it was horrible, the waiter kept apologizing and the manger offer coffe refills when we were about to leave, we will never return there, ever again.

Whoever the old lady is working graveyard shift is the worst person I’ve come across with good customer service. I don’t get it if you don’t like your job why are you working there!!??? And I was still nice disregarding the obvious disrespect and no kind of care for a customers satisfaction. Please do better . Lady is literally sitting there doing nothing and gets sooo mad when she has to do her job? I don’t get it. You guys need to do better .

Strange. It is located in a strip center so strange layout. When I went, there was only three employees there: a dishwasher, a cook, and one extremely overworked server who had been on the job for only three days. Much praise to the server because he was managing all of the tables plus cashing people out.
