“This place makes going to the movies feel special again. Just a few nitpicks keep me from giving it five stars. First, I've been to several screenings where loud, disruptive customers were given warnings but were not escorted out of the theater as the rules imply. They were allowed to stay and continue being obnoxious and rude, ruining an otherwise great film viewing experience. Second, the seats - they're incredibly difficult to get out of. Being able to adjust the tray and move it around would go a long way to making visits more enjoyable. I don't like to recline while I'm eating, and the position of the tray makes it hard to sit up straight.“
