deconstructed chicken pot pie lacks flavor and preparation of salmon needs improvement (pie was very small and crusty), no service, tables and floors dirty - i do not like this location and have had my last visit here
Yeah…not what it once was. First Watch is much better and cleaner.

This place used to be awesome, it is now anything but. New management (GM IS SO RUDE) and staff could care less about wait time let alone the customer service aspect that this location used to embody. Looks like another Katy company can’t find or keep good management. Pitiful.

Food was great, but the service was subpar. Waited 25 minutes for my food and that was after I had to go find out where it was at. Two groups after me receive their food before my group and they were standing in line behind us. Maybe it was a staffing issue, they never told us why the food was late. First impressions are everything so with so many brunch spots in the city, I most likely will not be back to this location.

We haven't been to dish society in awhile and after our last experience on Friday 12/12 at 5:30pm, we may not be returning. It took over 30 mins to get our food, items were still missing at that time, no instructions were given by girl at register to grab kids juices from a cooler, food was served at room temperature which made it appear it had been sitting prepared for some time. At the 20 min mark I asked about our food and was told it would just be a few more mins. Considering the temperature of the food when it was served it was almost most definitely ready at that 20 min mark. The serving size for all meals adults and children has gotten significantly smaller. I would rather pay a little more and keep the same amount of food. I shouldn't pay $70 for 4 people and we all still feel not satisfied. The smoked Gouda queso has gone down immensely in taste, quality, and portion size. My seasonal veggies were bland, my sauteed greens were overly salty, and the shrimp was just okay. I could have prepared this same meal at home in less time than this kitchen. We go to Early Bird Cafe in Richmond almost weekly and in comparison Dish society doesn't even come close. Guess we'll stay with Early Bird from now on.

My all time favorite!! They have a great menu to choose from the chicken and biscuits, avocado toast and quinoa stuff avocado are my top 3! Though I haven’t tried the entire menu yet but I plan to! Love how they have their own touch on their menu items everything is a little different than how others make it. Service is above and beyond! Never have I ever had a single bad experience here!

Katy location:
Trust me when I say EVERYTHING was top notch from service to food...excellent!
This location offered great food with a welcoming vibe. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles by both the managers and the wait staff. The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
I loved is that there's seating both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy the beautiful weather while dining, especially this time of year when the holiday decorations are up. The restaurant is perfectly situated right in front of the central green space so my niece could play within view while we relaxed and enjoyed our meals, a total win-win!
Now, about the food... Everything we ordered was absolutely DELICIOUS and packed with flavor. It's hard to pick just one dish to recommend, but if I had to, I'd say the cauliflower bites were my fav and are a definite must try. Perfectly seasoned with a little spicy kick.
The beignets were another standout...light, crispy, and not overly sweet; plus it came with a little dipping sauce. I had the kale and mushroom pasta dish which was heaven for this pasta-loving girl. It was fresh and full of bold flavors. You could taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite (and the added shrimp were HUGE). Don't forget to grab a matcha latte. I had the lavender flavor and it was the perfect balance of sweetness. Highly recommend as well.

The southwest breakfast bowl was delicious. The kids meal was small so shortly after receiving our food, i went to order a side of fruit. After 15
minutes and speaking to two employees, it finally came. The restaurant wasn’t busy so waiting 15+ minutes for a bowl of fruit is enough to make me not want to come back. In addition, my husband ordered the fried chicken/biscuit and gravy, the gravy was so salty the dish was inedible.

Manager Jose is a hatful person not a good man very disrespectful and shouldn't be a manager, We don't need people like him in charge of customer service or anywhere near food, He needs to be fired immediately for vulgar language and cussing and rude behavior to families and small children.

Terrible service. We waited 30 minutes for two coffees, then went to ask the lady taking our order where our coffee was, and she sent us to the bar. Instead of spending time with friends, we stood in line asking the lady a question, who didn't want to figure it out and just sent us to the bar. Then we went to the bar, found out where the coffee was, they gave it to us and told us to take it to our tables ourselves (it was obvious our mugs had been sitting on the bar for a long time), as they explained to us - because they were understaffed (even though we were given numbers and told to wait at a table, it turned out that if we really wanted coffee, we had to look for it). They gave us cold, tasteless coffee, the mugs were covered in stains. We felt uncomfortable and did not have a good time with our friends. A terrible experience and a ruined morning.

I ordered Brisket and Eggs and the eggs were made perfectly. Flavor was excellent.
If you have not been here before, you have to go the cashier to place your order and then it gets delivered to your table.
Great place and great atmosphere.

Today I ordered a Cobb salad sub chicken with an extra serving. For some reason instead of the anticipated $23 total of the salad, i was charged for twice for the extra chicken. Now that would not have been a problem had i not opened my bag of food once arriving at work to notice that I only had the original one serving rather than what was paid for. The food here is good and I frequently often but lately the establishment have been inefficient with providing the order correctly on my behalf. Last time I received sausage patties that weren’t thoroughly cooked
