I ordered the sweet potato with brisket and a side of goat cheese (no other cheese on it). My husband and friend ordered the fried chicken and biscuits and gravy. Everything was incredibly delicious! The farm to table goat cheese was the best! My friend tasted it and wanted more! I wanted more! How does one make goat cheese taste like that!? This was our second visit. Just as delicious as the first. Oh, the service is also wonderful. We felt like family. Thanks Dish Society!

I came in for take out on a Tuesday afternoon and was the only customer that walked in. All the staff greeted us and were friendly. I ordered their Dish Society burger with avocado and I'm not sure if I was just hungry or if they have a secret ingredient but that burger was really good! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back to dine in to try their other items.

We used to come here all the time - the food was always great, and the service was too. Lately though, both have gone downhill.
We ordered takeout recently, and the pancakes weren’t the same. They used to be fluffy and tasty, but now they were bland, with sad-looking strawberries and no powdered sugar. The chicken and biscuit dish has also completely changed. The biscuit was replaced with a dry, thick brick, and the chicken was just a thin patty instead of the hearty, flavorful chicken it used to be.
I’m not sure if ownership or management has changed, but it’s really disappointing. This used to be our favorite restaurant, and now it feels like it’s lost what made it special.

I got half a yogurt parfait bowl and it was made better than most restaurants do it!! The neutelua french toast is absolutely amazing. Never had french toast that good. Clean area with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is always nice!

Had an ala cart breakfast taco and a frozen mimosa. Set me up for a real nice day. The single taco was damn good, I was expecting something much less but it had a fresh tortilla and the perfect balance of egg and cheese. And that's just the ala cart bullshit, I'm guessing the rest of the menu is awesome.

Dined here for the first time a week ago and the service was not up to par. Upon ordering, we were met with an attitude from the cashier who couldn’t care less that we were trying to order. Our food was okay at best. I got the shrimp and grits and there was nothing special about them. The chicken biscuits were okay as well. I wouldn’t mind never going here again, honestly. But it’s in a nice location and was very cute.
I went last night and am confident I got food poisoning from the grilled chicken I added to the veggie grain bowl. It tasted a little off when I bit into it but I consumed because I normally have a good experience with Dish Society.
I can forgive restaurants for food issues if they're willing to show some empathy or take some accountability for it. I emailed Dish Society to let them know what happened only to receive a response from the owner that read:
At this time, you are the only guest who has contacted us with concerns related to anything consumed at our restaurant. Our team conducts thorough product quality and temperature checks every four hours throughout the day, and we’ve confirmed that all checks yesterday, including for our chicken, were within compliance.
Food safety is something we take very seriously, and we want to ensure we investigate this as thoroughly as possible. Do you happen to have any known food allergies or sensitivities? For example, soy is a common sensitivity, and both our grilled and fried chicken may come into contact with shared surfaces that contain soy.
While they did express sympathy that I was sick, I was genuinely taken aback by how dismissive the response felt. The implication that my experience was invalid because no one else reported being sick—and the suggestion that a food allergy might explain what happened, rather than anything on their end—was frustrating.
It’s not just about the food. It’s about how you treat your customers when something goes wrong. This experience left me disappointed in a place I used to enjoy.

We stopped in for brunch around 10:00am on a Saturday morning. I was expecting a wait but to my surprise we walked right in. I was a little worried the food wasn’t going to be very good based on the restaurant being almost empty. Everything came out quickly and it was all very good! I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were great. My husband had the Chicken and Biscuits. The chicken was juicy and cooked and seasoned perfectly and the biscuits and gravy were wonderful. Great flavor and not overly salty. The kids were able to go outside to the lawn and play and everyone was happy! Awesome spot for families with small children. I also felt it was reasonably priced and the service was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Terrible experience, ⭐️a star is due to the large number of flies in the place, They were constantly over all the food, At first it did not seem like a big problem, however the time elapsed and the number of insects increased, The waiter only ignored what was happening and the host of the table was extremely uncomfortable. We all left without tasting the meal and ended the meeting
