Late. Pizza left store at 17:10 went to other deliveries? Driver shows up at 17:52 so 40 min delivery when I stay 10 to 15 max away. 1.2 miles away. So I am being kind with the 10 to 15min away. Pizza was scheduled for 17:26 let's just say 17:30. Late. Never took delivery of the pizza. Canceled order. Ate cereal yummy.

Domino’s is always one of my easy go-to spots when I want something quick and comforting. The last time I ordered, the pizza actually came out better than I expected, hot, cheesy, and delivered right on time. I also grabbed some of their sides, and everything hit the spot after a long day. It’s not fancy food, but that’s kind of the point; it’s reliable, convenient, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something simple. Five stars.

I still have not received my food it’s been over an hour on top of me calling to inquire about my delivery and no one answers the phone and leave the automated system repeatedly saying the same thing for over 30 mins never again they charged my card and said it declined when the money was taken off paid with another card and my money is just pending shaking my damn head

It was okay. My daughter loved the pepperoni 🍕. Different assortments to choose from. Locating this joint though as a first timer was...off- literally. A subway was so visible it was disorienting but my map tried.

I just had the WORST service experiences with dominos EVER over the phone. My pizza said it was here. I live in an apartment so I like to make sure my driver gets into the gates and to my door without a hassle on their end. 15 minutes later it still wasn’t delivered so I called the dominos. Angel answered the phone on the location of 5603 Highway Blvd Katy, TX 77494 United States. All I said was “hey, I believe my order should’ve been delivered by now but it still isn’t at my door. Just making sure the driver isn’t waiting on me.” Angel decided to let me know that the driver was sent back to his store and he has to wait till two other orders go out till I get mine. I let him know that this doesn’t make too much sense to me because my driver was here at my house and now I have to wait until two more orders get picked up?” he slickly said “well I don’t need to explain the situation to you and you’ll get your order soon.” All I said was “okay I’ll speak with your manager then.” And then I hung up. After waiting another 30 minutes for my pizza a new driver showed up with an attitude for me to open my apartment gate. I gave her the gate code and when she came to my door my boyfriend asked her what happened since we assumed the driver that was here with our pizza had a situation accrue. Us being in the industry just wanted to know what actually happened since I know that they know that we know we saw our driver here at our apartments. She said “nothing happened, I’m just the only driver.” With a slick attitude. This all being said… my boyfriend and I have both worked in the service industry since we’ve been 14. We are now 25 & 28 with the professionalisms of handling situations like this way better than the person on duty Angel did and new driver we got who was a Spanish female.

I’ve ordered pizza from here many times and when I do I specifically ask for no pork— and everytime I do they put pork on my pizza. I don’t understand what’s hard about following customer order 😒 it’s annoying to spend all this money and not get what I wanted

My 16 pc Parmesan bread bites were overcooked and burnt. I ate two and it was hard throughout. The bread bites are supposed to be soft on the inside and actual be a bread consistency. It was like eating a cracker. The bread bites looked like pretzels due to being overcooked.

The food came to us hot and everything was correct but to say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I love Domino's pizza but there was no excuse for how late my delivery was. I placed my order at 7:52 and it didn't even get into the oven until 8:20. It was delivered closer to 9:10- almost two hours later. I wish someone would have called to let me know it was going to be this late because I would have cancelled my order. There was no communication from the store and the only attempt to make it right was an emailed coupon after the fact. Other reviews show me that this isn't an isolated incident so I will not be reordering from this location in the future. Even good pizza isn't worth waiting for nearly two hours.
