Order pizza for car side pickup. I wanted in the car for over 20 mins waiting for them to bring my pizza out. I chose carbide because I had young kids in the car with me and didn't want to bring them out to pickup inside. After waiting for a long time, I go upset and went inside myself to ask why it was taking so long after indicating over 30 mins ago that I was here by text message. The staff checked and saw that my pizza was ready and in the warmer. There was no apologies or anything for their poor services. I got home and realized that my pizza was burnt. My kids couldn't eat it because the dough was too crunchy from being burnt.

Worst experience ordering from here. Ordered and paid for a large pizza and ended up with a medium pizza. Not one time but twice already. Also they don’t give enough toppings for the price we pay. Will not order from here again.

Ordering food from here is a guaranteed disappointment. I have ordered 3 times and each times something goes wrong like they forget to make it or they give me the wrong item or they don’t put right ingredients .

This location skimps on toppings. There were large sections where there were few toppings, while other parts were normal. Pizza makers need to pay attention to spreading them out evenly.
