The service it’s to bad I never in my life get a bad service like this I order pizza for my kids with garlic sauce my kids don’t like the pizza without the sauce so when I get the order I didn’t not receive the sauce so I asked the driver he told me they forgot to get it so I called the store and explained to them the situation.their answer was we’re busy but do you want we can credit the sauce back for you which I explain to him my kids can’t eat the pizza without the sauce so I have to throw the pizza in the trash I tried to get hold to the manager every time they said he’s busy , I asked about he’s name they told me he’s name bob then he said Gabriel then he told me Mathew then they said gaby . The manager who manages the store he doesn’t have experience with customer service, the customer service is very bad

The pizza is too delicious and the service is incredible 1000% recommended by the manager Valentina and yes the work team is all very professional ? even though I have another branch near my house I prefer to come to this one THANK YOU ?

I used to order from here all the time pre 2021. This place has not been good since inflation started. Almost no toppings if you use a deal.I gave this location another chance a few months ago, but they just don't seem to care about anything anymore.I ordered a pan pizza. I specified well done and no cut. It was still raw and cut. I specify no cut just to see if the employees pay attention. They never do.Domino's trains their employees to make pan pizzas well done, but this location doesn't care. They don't even follow basic employee training procedure.I ordered from Little Caesars down the street for a while afterward. They changed owners and now no longer throw out bad ingredients. I got a marinara sauce that was bubbling there. There is no more good pizza anymore. Welcome to 2024.

Usually pretty satisfied with their service. Today they had an offer for 50% off. We were unable to order on line or call per their request. When we ordered at the counter the associate denied the offer and said it was no longer available.

I had ordered 5 pizzas for the company I work at and never did I once say that I wanted a thin crust pizza. We ordered 3 thins and 2 regular crusts and I was stuck with a thin crust ultimate pepperoni pizza. The person who took my order never even confirmed what the entire order was. The food was good but I did not get what I had initially ordered.

Put an order for a pizza at 11:30. Got a call 10 mins later saying our order is canceled because they don’t have drivers to deliver and our order can’t be picked up because the restaurant is closed.
They're always quick and spot on with my orders. Also they're very kind to my daughter when she goes inside to pick up my order.

Came in there were at least 4 people working and ordered,me and my wife waited over an hour to get our order out,it was just sitting on the shelf we were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes and wasn’t this place caters more to online service and curbside not in store service.
