The staff at Domino's is fantastic, but unfortunately, there are issues with food preparation and delivery. Sometimes, orders arrive damaged or appear mishandled. It's frustrating that the only compensation options through the app are either a 20% discount or a free pizza for the next delivery.

I ordered a pizza and I put the request to arrive an hour later and in the same way they took it after 25 minutes and I was not at home and I had forgotten my cell phone at home and I had no way to communicate with the pizzeria and I ordered a pizza again. They called me from the pizzeria because it was canceled by theAccident and they canceled my order and the delivery one told me that if I want to eat that I would have to pick up the pizza at the pizzeria because they have the way to pay in cash if they did not accept and now I can only pay by credit card and the truth is theSir, it was very rude. It was only once who is not wrong once, some more than 3 and I think it’s pathetic. That’s just because of an accident. I have the money to pay for the pizza and they don’t want to deliver the pizza to my house. It’s only 8 minutes away from it. That’s why I pay for the pizza and the delivery to eat at home.

It's extremely frustrating when you're paying for food and the quality is just trash. I ordered online tonight, a delivery fee was added and a service fee. Annnndddddd I TIPPED before my food got here. Only to open a box with lava cakes that slid to the side and broke open. Chicken bacon ranch sandwiches with literally 10 little PIECES of chicken. More bread than meat. Then wings that looked like they barely went through the oven at all! The prices ppl are paying its absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food being delivered. I was told if I wanted the sandwiches replaced I would have to return the ones I have (which were going to probably be thrown away) and wait for replacements to be delivered (another 30 minutes) I asked for a credit to my account. I talked to Kacy or Katy so hopefully it sticks. Domino's yall have to do better my daughter actually like yall. Hope this reaches someone to make a change.

Terrible customer service. I've tried three separate times, using two different cards and still the app says "AttentionWe're sorry! We are having trouble processing your payment. Please callDomino's at 346-251-8080 for assistance."I called the number and spoke with some guy who cut me off while I was still calmly explaining what happened. He told me it's nothing to worry about and blamed the order not processing properly on me! That's when he lost me as a customer. He told me I must of put the wrong number in when clearly that's NOT what happened cause my card was charged! So of course I was alarmed. After pressing BACK TO CART there was no confirmation number or receipt. So yes, the order didn't process and that's not my fault. Anyways, I said well how should I order then? He said I can give him my card number and start a new order over the phone. 1. No thanks. 2. I want my rewards. 3. His attitude was disrespectful. I said no that just sounds sus to me. And he acted like he didn't care and started explaining that he can't help me, that online is a different department. Thanks a lot customer service. Miss when things were simpler. You call ahead and they complain that you don't put an order in online then once you try putting an order in online, the moment that doesn't work, what? Then what!? You get this experience... again and again.

Received a piece of cold cardboard. Horrible pizza. Yuck. Smeared with sauce. Looks like sh|t, taste like sh|t. Just wasted my money. This is a truly sh|t pizza place.

This is the best location ever! We live close by 2 other Domino's pizza and we always drive a bit farther to get our pizza from this location! We love it! Thanks guys!

This is the only dominos we order from because they have the drive through and they have never gotten or order wrong and it's always been on time. Definitely my favorite dominos!

On June 4th I ordered a pizza and it was delivered. I asked for no black olives and it was loaded with olives. I called and told them and they took my name and number and said I’ll have a credit for next time. Today I called to use my credit and they said there is no credit on me account and would not honor what was told to me the 4th when they messed up my pizza. I will never order from this location again. I will also be contacting corporate

I ordered the loaded tots for the first time and a thin crust pizza. Everything was over cooked the tots had a burnt taste . The person working the window was very nice but the food was awful.

Horrible curbside experience. Food was ready , took more 2 minutes. Was 20 minutes. Called store put me hold for 15 minutes I hang up. Bad customer services.I called from my sister phone i asked to speak to managers. The way I was treated it was not the manager. Need improvement on customer service.
