Ordered 15 minutes before closed and was told our order was cancelled because they already put everything away. I was already on my way there so i showed up 10 minutes before they would actually close and the sign still said open and the hours on the window confirmed actual closing time. So why was i not allowed to get a pizza?

Very bad service, they don't take your order, they take a while to serve you and they take a while to give you the order.
Ordered a pan pizza and it was raw. The dough was gummy and sticky. Never again.

Placed order online, waited 30 minutes and went to pick it up once it was showing ready. I get there and stood inside an additional 10 minutes or more and order still was not ready. I ended up having to leave and go get food elsewhere.

This is one of the better Dominies in the Katy area. For that reason, they are often busy. Despite, they handle high traffic very well.

I don't order pizza much now a days, but being a father of 3, home alone, and in a crunch, I needed something that didn't take much effort.
I ordered 2 pizzas, cheesy bread, & some chicken bites because I had some points to redeem before they expired. My order got to me within 18-20 mins. It was the fastest I have ever had delivery on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, my delivery was missing a box because I messed the order up. Florentino, my delivery driver, took the time to figure out what went wrong. Even though I told him multiple times not to worry about bringing anything back, he came back incredible fast with my entire order made over because he wanted it to all be hot.
I was super grateful to Florentino and the manager on duty. My neighborhood Domino's just got a loyal customer! The food was great and even better the second time!

Honestly I’m not one to leave reviews but this was not the 1st bad experience. I had several issues with this location a few years ago and we completely stopped using this location. Recently moved back to the area and thought there was surly no way they would still be horrid….. oh boy were we wrong. 1st attempt I got the food but listened to the manager scram and belittle the staff and other customers. 2nd attempt was tonight and I got there for my pick up order to found out it was never made and would have to wait…normally not an issue except I was in a rush because my son is scheduled for surgery 1st thing in the morning and can not eat past a certain time and at this point I could get fast food and be home before the pizza even started in the oven. My biggest issue was the fact I can clearly hear the back and heated the conversation that the order was NEVER made to begin with only to have the manager come to me and say “We are going to have to REMAKE your order….” Excuse me?! Own up to your mistake! You never made it in the 1st place in order to remake it!! Believe me when I say I will drive the extra mile for a different location in the future. You should never lie to a customer.

This is now the 3rd time that this location has made the same mistake with my order. I order a regular hand tossed pizza, expecting the usual garlic seasoned crust. The first time it happened, I thought it was a mistake on my part. Maybe I clicked the New York style by accident. I had never tried that new crust option and this pizza tasted like no Domino’s pizza I’ve ever eaten before. Zero seasoning and relatively thin crust. I check my online order and I did not make a mistake. I ordered hand tossed and the store made me a NY style instead. I am not a confrontational person. I don’t like to call places and complain. I was hungry and I was just not going to drive back to wait for another pizza. I let it go and ate my flavorless crust. The second time it happened, I really started to think I was crazy. Maybe the hand tossed doesn’t have garlic seasoning after all like I thought - Even though I’ve been eating Domino’s my entire life and clearly remember the seasoning, maybe something has changed. Maybe this NY style is their new regular hand tossed now and I missed the memo. However, that is not the case. Tonight I ordered hand tossed and I used my points for a free pizza. I get home and it’s a pizza with a flavorless crust, again. At this point, I’m done. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted with, “This is a manager.” I asked them if they could confirm if their hand tossed crust is the one with garlic seasoning. They confirmed that yes, the regular hand tossed is seasoned with garlic. I explained all of the above and let them know I really don’t appreciate the consistent mistake. It was a free pizza so I made it clear I was not calling for money back. It’s the fact that I wasted those points on a pizza I’m not going to eat now. The manager said “I’m sorry. I’ll talk to my workers.” I honestly don’t even know if I was speaking to an actual manager. They did not offer to make it right for me in any way. Most places would at least try to offer a remake of the order, but this store offered no solution or empathy. I do not recommend wasting time or money ordering from this location.

The lid is the worst store the manager tried to say it was a mistake she gave my order to a mother customer she was rude disrespectful and should not be over a dog let alone a team of workers. How could you give my order away and think it is ok the man did not pay for the order then she was yelling so loud she could not hear me tell her I paid cash. I want my money back if I could rate her service a Zero that would be what I would give this establishment. Keep your money and ship at a different Domino’s Pizza. Don’t ever tell me to lower my voice when you are clearly the one Yelling that’s insulting my intelligence. The customer keeps your pay check coming remember that.
