I wish there was a negative star. The worst pizza place ever in history . For a full year I have been asking for extra sauce on my pizza and never get. When I finally order from a another location and got extra sauce and cheese and my pizza looked eatable. I realized I wasn't crazy and this location was the worst. Also the pizza is always dry and burnt with no sauce or extra cheese when I pay for it. I HAD TO THROW THE LAST PIZZA AWAY. I didn't bother calling because I knew the replacement pizza won't be any better. STAY AWAY!!!

Their elderly male driver in a grey Hondai tried to bombard his way into ongoing traffic just as the light turn red, he proceeded verbally harassed us not once but twice as he sped off.

Went today at around 8:45pm and the service was great as usual. The two cashiers that helped me, and the manager were so so nice, patient, and helpful. The two front desk guys were very attentive and the manager who helped me after them were just as great. Also pizza was great, so that was definitely a plus!

I have never been so offended by a pizza pickup experience! I placed my order online, went in to pay and pick it up, and was met with chaos: a lobby full of frustrated guests, all of our orders showing “ready” for minutes before anyone received them. When my name was called, the associate literally checked my order and told me I was “good to go.” I even asked the associate “are you SURE?” and she said “yes”. I left thinking the store had comped the pizza for the long wait.
Instead, I get a rude phone call from the manager accusing me of leaving without paying and demanding my card info over the phone. That is completely unprofessional, offensive, and unsafe. It is not the customer’s job to correct employee mistakes, especially when I was standing at the register with my Apple Pay ready. On top of that, the pizza was burnt and missing the extra cheese I ordered.
When I returned to pay in person, the manager’s tone was suddenly much different…polite and soft-spoken compared to how harsh and accusatory she was on the phone. If you can accuse a customer of stealing an $18 pizza, at least have the same energy face to face.

Yes, she ultimately decided to comp the order (without telling me this over the phone…so I ultimately drove BACK there to pay, for nothing).. but this was still a very much so insulting and mishandled experience from start to finish. Mind you, I have ordered pizzas here ALL the time and I have never had this experience here before!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! the app told me my pizza was done and when I went to pick it up they told me they were packing it 10 minutes later I asked again and it was still packing even tho it told me it was done then passed 30 minutes or more and it was finally done and rude employees this was the worst experience I have ever had !

Omg I rarely give reviews but I could literally give this place a 0 star. I absolutely love dominos and I specifically ordered dominos and not some other company because of the service. Well they ruined my 21st birthday. An $80 order mind you. After a long day of spending all day with my friends we come to the apartment starving and as it is my 21st birthday none of us were driving. So I decided to order delivery. Worst decision ever. I specifically put the address of my apartment AND THE NAME of the apartment. My order said it would take 36 minutes. I watched the tracker as they delivered multiple orders. I watched them go to the apartment complex right down the street from mind. Which is a completely different address and name. So I called the store to tell them your delivery driver is at the wrong apartment and they told me that he is still delivering which I said my app says you delivered. Lie #1 she says no it still says delivering on our end. Another 10 minutes goes by. I call again because I know at this point they delivered to the wrong place. Then lie #2 a manager gets on there and says no our IT system is being weird and that wasn’t your driver, I just dispatched your order out. Okay so I take the guys word and wait. Mind you the store is 5 minutes from my apartment? I wait another 20 minutes. I call back. It has now been an hour and a half since I placed my order. At this point I’m like where is my pizza and they say again lie #3 they are just delivering multiple orders and if it’s not there in 15 minutes call back. I get a call from a random person. OH GUESS WHAT a decent person found my order outside their door and called me. I had to go get my own COLD pizza after waiting an hour and a half. If they would’ve just owned up to it, as I was extremely nice and understanding with them the entire time. We just wanted our pizza that we paid $80 for!!!!!!!!! I just cannot get over how much they lied to me. From reading a few other reviews it sounds like this place has absolutely horrible delivery drivers. The fact that they didn’t read the ADDRESS OR THE NAME of the apartment is ridiculous. I even gave the gate code to my apartment.
I wish someone important of the company would read the reviews of this place because it’s ridiculous the amount of problems this location has.

worst experience, never got my order, called the store three times and no one answered.

Horrible service. I live 4 minutes away from this store but have a new born baby and decided to place an order for delivery. I placed the order at 10:12pm and it is now 11:40pm and my pizza is nowhere to be found. The tracker said the driver Jenny left the store with my order at 10:45pm which is more than likely a lie because as I mentioned I live 4 minutes away. I cancelled my order and will NEVER order from this store again.
