Ordered here first time 11/20/24

Got the $6 Meal deal with iced coffee

1. The gas towns were burned
2. I understand bagel has some chew but this was stale….
3. Iced coffee tasted bitter, and watered down.

This place has been going downhill lately. If you ask for a frozen coffee with your order they instantly have you go park and they’ll bring it to you even if there is nobody behind you. If they do this to you, check your items, lately I’ve been getting the wrong items or missing them when waiting on my coffee.

THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND YOU IF YOU DO A MOBILE ORDER. Keep that in mind if you decide to give this place a chance.

I personally think you should not come to this Dunkin unless you want to leave with none of your order and no way to refund it. I ordered some drinks and donuts on the mobile app and when I got to the window they said they were out of the flavoring for the drinks and asked if I wanted a different flavor. I came specifically for that flavor so I politely declined and asked for a refund. They can’t do refunds on mobile orders apparently so I asked how I am supposed to get my money back and the woman at the window didn’t know. I asked her to ask someone who did know and she came back and said I need to call corporate. I was forced to leave with no help, none of my food and no drinks.

I called corporate and the automated bot said no one was able to assist me so I had to then somehow find a way to the virtual chat bot on the website, submit a claim there and get told I had to wait 2 business days. That’s just not right so I had to make a claim with my bank.

This is completely unacceptable. I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. Still I never complained because I get what it’s like working in a busy place and am not the type to review a place or complain for something small like that but this time was my last straw.

This location needs some SERIOUS training of all of the employees and the management here needs to do better. Dunkin corporate also needs to figure their stuff out because it should not be this hard to get a refund. Very disappointing experience, just go somewhere else for coffee, this place is not worth the time and money.

If you are in a hurry don’t stop here. It was Sunday morning and it was steady but not busy. I ordered at 9:02 and did not receive our order 9:19… one sandwich and coffee! Several others had same experience as I was there.

After waiting 15 minutes standing there at the counter no one came to help the woman kept walking by on her personal cell phone, I ended up ordering at the kiosk which the other individual who magically came off break still didn't know what the hell was going on and only gave me half my order and I had to remind him what it was and refuse to look it up on the computer. As I try to talk to her about it she keeps walking away

Every time I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts, it is a bad experience. The service is very poor at best. Every time I’ve ordered there you feel like you’re bothering the employee the way they react to you. I now drive an additional 5 miles to another Dunkin’ Donuts, which is out of my way because the service is so poor here.

I gave 4 stars for the food because they didn't have any glazed donut holes, my coffee, midnight something, tasted perfumey, and my breakfast sandwich was meh. The hash browns were hot and delicious and left me wanting more of them.

customer service is horrible. lady working the drive thru window with tacky red streaked hair snatched my card, and sloshed coffee on my hands. I understand accidents happen, but her bad attitude made it worse. Not to mention I had to ask for two items, donut bucket and another coffee that she forgot to give me.

Horrible customer service. Idk why how this location is open. They rush you while at the window. And the customer service is VERY rude. I’ve never been to a Dunkin location with such horrible customer service.

Ceasar at the drive thru is extremely rude. I waited at the order screen for several minutes and finally said "Hello". Ceasar rudely yelled, "It'll be a few minutes". I finally got to the window & he held out his hand for my payment. I had to ask how much twice. No sorry for the wait or anything. After I gave him the money, he slammed the sliding door shut. When my order was ready. He gave it to me without any eye contact & slammed the sliding door again. No customer service or a thank you. I will never come back to this location again.

A bit slow service and it wasn't during a busy time. Questioned if they used oat milk and wasn't told they didn't have the donut I asked for. Had to wait and ask after seemingly being ignored.
Traveling so it's just disappointing when we are used to a little better service. Kiosks will never be better than a nice customers service experience.

Me and my sister went in today for national coffee day. We showed them our qr card after a little confusion and was able to order. I specifically ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk, sf toasted almond syrup and sf hazelnut. The barista didnt repeat the hazelnut so I said it again. I get my drink and there is no hazelnut and normal almond syrup. I ask the person who seemed to be in charge where the hazelnut was. She said they are out. I then asked why they didnt just tell me that when I ordered and she was silent. I was not offered a remake or adding of syrup. They simply moved on seeing that I was unhappy. I dont usually write reviews but this location needs to do better. As a former barista that is not how you respond to an issue like that. Will be weary of this place moving forward.

service was horrible. i had to get the workers attention in order to get my pickup order even though i was the only one in store. drive thru was packed due to workers playing around rather than taking orders at window. don't waste your time at this location
