I gave 4 stars for the food because they didn't have any glazed donut holes, my coffee, midnight something, tasted perfumey, and my breakfast sandwich was meh. The hash browns were hot and delicious and left me wanting more of them.

A bit slow service and it wasn't during a busy time. Questioned if they used oat milk and wasn't told they didn't have the donut I asked for. Had to wait and ask after seemingly being ignored.
Traveling so it's just disappointing when we are used to a little better service. Kiosks will never be better than a nice customers service experience.

Got avocado toast and large iced matcha latte. Took a picture of the iced matcha latte cause it’s more ice in it than it is matcha latte that the straw could barely go inside the cup. Never had this issue with other Dunkin’ locations.
