I came to Dunkin’ Donuts store that’s on 20995 Katy Freeway and their bagels is hard as a rock. I usually go to the one on Fry Road and extremely soft and fresh. I don’t recommend this one and will speak to managers. They tell you it’s multigrain it’s not multigrain they give you regular. Sprinkle of oatmeal on it. They considered it is multigrain.

Went by to get a ice cream 🍦 cone asked for cherry vanilla and they said nope non of that we got mint chocolate chip , I said how about strawberry 🍓 nope none of that they said chocolate turtle truffle bla bla bla and I said what classics do you have plain vanilla she said yes but try raspberry and vanilla I said ok jeeze and they wonder why people buy from them

The cashier, Richelle , was phenomenally patient and pleasant! I made multiple orders... requested multiple modifications... had a few errors... and she handled it all with the smile! Overall... my breakfast experience at Dunkin was enjoyable and practically priced! I recommend this Fry Rd. location!

Every time I go, I order the same thing. And they’ve only gotten it right twice. I once again went and ordered the signature iced psl, and they put no pumpkin, no vanilla, nothing. Just oat milk, coffee, and a dash of cinnamon on top. I’m not someone to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews, but that made me feel like I needed to leave one. That’s not cool.
