Please don’t go here you will definitely get sick!
I got a bagel with extra cream cheese and requested to cut into 2 pieces the completely ignored my request and it’s hard like a Rock and at least month old smelling like mold

Almost every time I come here there's always at least a 10 to 15 minute wait in the Drive-Thru. They get my order right 2/3 of the time.

Slow service, always understaffed one or 2 employees trying to run between drive through and store orders, they keep the donuts for couple of days until they sell them out. They don’t discard the bad donuts after couple of days. Just don’t go there cheap owner bad management

The store is pretty okay but the service is not so great, went with my husband and niece to get ice cream. Told them I wanted the world classic chocolate, I got a whole different flavor and then gave us in a two scoop cup and the portion was less then two scoop, also ask for the new cup that they were promoting and was told they didn’t have any more but there was like a whole bunch sitting in the corner

I love Dunkin’—always fresh with super fast service! I did knock off a couple stars because the last few times I’ve gone, whether in the early morning or evening, they’ve been out of donuts

Not a very good location, about 75% of the time I stop at this location are they properly stocked with other instances of them stating they have no more donuts and only have the ones no one wants to buy sometimes as early as 12pm which can only be attributed to over all laziness of the cooking staff that want more than likely want to just make one big batch and not have to make anymore throughout the day. If they run out early, oh well all they will say is “I’m sorry, we don’t have anymore of those at the moment” and when asked at what time will the next batch be ready, the response is “In the morning, we have no more for today” this is the only Dunkin that I have been too that has such lazy staff. Every other Dunkin will have donuts up till 9pm and never have a problem. You would think that with as much Traffic as this store gets, they would be little more prepared.

We bought a dozens donuts and almost all of them tasted old and spoiled (Hard)!!!! my daughter ordered a kolache and it was cold when she received it, she was giving another one that was hot but how ridiculous! Also the wrap we got looked like it was just tossed together! Extremely disappointing!!! The worst part is not knowing the donuts were old until we got home!!!

If there was a way to put negative star rating on here I would! I try to look at the bright side of things on anything and everything I possibly can before leaving a bad review. This place was horrible. The customer service was complete trash!! We were through the drive through at this location where we were greeted over the speaker by a lady who was making it very obvious by tone of voice we interrupted her from doing whatever she was doing before we had shown up and she wasn’t happy about it. Not only was she right of the rip rudely asking me to repeat myself on multiple instances during our conversation due to her being distracted by what I’m assuming is a coworker on the inside since there was no other cars in the parking area besides two near the employee entrance in the back, but after it took what seemed like forever to place just my wife’s order when I went to place my own she cut me off mid sentence with “You can pull forward now” fallowed by the e sound of the drive thru head set clicking off. So I pull forward only to be greeted by a guy in his late teens early twenties with an equally sounding annoyed tone to his voice as he tells me my total. I try to tell him that I was trying to order more. Except he too cut me off with “ Your total is $4.58.” As I repeated again I wanted to order more but was cut off at the speaker I get a very rude and almost angry sounding reply of “ and what am I supposed to do with that information!” Which through my blood pressure through the roof of my vehicle causing me to just drive off without our order before I said something that would have caused a bigger issue for me that wasn’t worth the time to deal with over ppl like them. I will never ever return to this location even though its like the only one near me and really really have a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin/Baskin Robin’s company all together now thanks to them. So to those to employees i would like to thank you very much for ruining one of my favorite places from my childhood I loved going to for a scoop of ice cream on the weekends!! Much appreciated hope I can return y’all the favor some day!!!

Service is always prompt and courteous the problem is product availability Too many times I've gone there and asked for vanilla, strawberry, nutty coconut, praline, butter, pecan they never have Supply they always say they ran out
whoever is responsible for product ordering is not ordering correctly
You should always have what is on your menu.

I went in to order food and drinks for my family and I and the workers there were so sweet. The girl taking my order messed up the add ins on the drinks as well as accidentally added an extra drink (partially my fault). We got everything figured out and then the manager Veronica came over and started to argue with me and telling me that I was wrong? Whats up with that? We got everything figured out and she had to insert herself and then she started yelling at her employees! VERY Imappropriate if you ask me. HORRIBLE customer service on her part. DO NOT ask to talk to Veronica if you need to talk to someone because she made everything 100 times worse. She needs to be fired IMO

My sister and I went earlier today and their service was not the best. We went through the drive through and the employee did not even know what flavors they had so we decided to go inside. When I went inside there were icecreams that were obviously old and had been melted. Most of the labels were wrong or not labeled at all. After eating the ice cream me and my sisters stomachs were very upset and queasy. They need to remove all of those ice creams and get fresh ones!!!!

Absolute terrible experience. Waited 40 minutes in curbside for an order which they only began working on when I walked in and asked about it. Yidara or something handled my order and took her time making it, about 5 minutes per item (mind you, I ordered small items like hashbrowns or mini bagels). My order was big in quantity, which is why I ordered in advance and used curbside. When I was in the store I waited another 20 minutes for my food, only to be asked if that is all, as they forgot to give me my half a dozen donuts which I reminded them about. Over an hour of wait time for most mediocre, plastic-tasting food that was obviously from the night before and not fresh at all.

Dunking donuts is just not the same. Donuts aren't fresh anymore. They have dropped many favorites. Hit the mom and pop shops where quality matters over profit.
