Man I had high hopes for this place when it first opened but as time has gone on it has been going downhill. Drinks are coming out either super sweet or really dulled down with milk. Wait times have gotten longer and longer. Baristas are either inattentive or busy flirting with each other/customers. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered two kid size hot chocolates and it took over 30 minutes to make and when I got them they were BOILING hot. One of my kids was so surprised by how hot the liquid and cup were that they dropped it on their lap causing scalding on their skin. Any other time I have ordered a KID size hot chocolate it is what they call “not so hot”. I don’t know what they had going on tonight. This experience really sucked because my family and I love Dutch bros. We’ve been customers since we lived in Oregon and this is the closest location to us.

The coffee and drinks are good, and the seasonal drinks are creative (maybe too creative). My preferred coffee drink is the Golden Eagle, and the cold pour chocolate milk is especially delicious if you've got a kid who loves chocolate milk. But my favorite drink on the menu is actually the Aftershock Iced Rebel (light ice).In my opinion, it is the best prepared energy drink you can buy. I do have to consciously remind myself not to drink them too often - I'd drink one every day if there were no consequences.
However, something has gone horribly wrong at the location on Hwy 99 and Morton. When it opened, staff was friendly, service was quick, and even when there was a line you could be through in less than 10 minutes. While the young staff is still friendly, the service is extremely slow, even when there is no line. If there is a line, be ready to wait as long as 30 minutes. Not an experience you want if you're on the way to work or want to arrive at your next destination on time.
As good as the drinks are, I'm not willing to wait when the line is longer than a dozen cars. If/when they fix this I'll update my review.

Over 30min waiting in line in the drive thru and I get this back, I asked why the blended freeze came like that and couldn’t even get an answer. I know before they used to put whipped cream and now for this. Not coming back again at all. This is not ok.

Came for a 3pm merch drop. Got in line around 3:50, clinging to the hope that they wouldn’t run out, and ordered a large SF golden eagle with no ice and a medium SF chocolate milk. Got to the window and found out they’re out of merch (the person two cars ahead of me, got their last ones). 😭 Also found out at the window that my drinks were cold pours (extra charge for each) instead of just no ice and the chocolate milk was not made SF. I asked that the coffee just be refunded and the chocolate milk remade. They refunded the chocolate milk and sent me on my way. I parked and went to the window to ask for it to be corrected and they just went ahead and refunded my whole order for all the mistakes. I understand they’re busy during merch drops.. but mistake after mistake on the same order? 😭 So so sad.

Dutch Bros coffee has become a little nostalgic tradition for us. Every time we drive by, my daughter gets excited and keeps asking about it, like a sweet habit that makes our day warm. The smell of fresh coffee, the cheerful staff, and the colorful menu feel like a happy place in a cup. Their iced coffees are smooth, bold, and refreshing, while the hot drinks give real comfort. Each visit feels friendly, fast, and personal. Dutch Bros is not only about coffee, it is about small family memories, smiles, and a joyful stop that makes life a little brighter every time.

Every time I've come to this location they've repeatedly messed up my drinks. Initially id asked for a holiday cookie freeze, and they have me a regular freeze with nothing added. I went back around and I was told that I had told them a freeze alone, when I hadn't. She took it that way after she assumed I wanted a carbonator when I had never even mentioned such. So instead of asking clarification, I was made a normal freeze. This second time around I asked, yet again, for a holiday cookie freeze. I tasted it and they made some kind of mocha freeze, and put the cold foam and sprinkles on it to look like a holiday cookie freeze. It did not at all taste as it should, and I've had it in multiple other locations. It feels like they messed up the drink - because my partner had ordered a mocha candy and - and instead of remaking it they just tried to put the cold foam and sprinkles. Needless to say it completely frustrated me and I will not be returning. Spending $15+ dollars on a drink only to get it messed up time and time again isn't worth it.

I always get great customer service here so saying that Amari is one of the best is really saying something! If you had an Amari at every restaurant then you’d surly over run Starbucks in no time

I don’t like this location at all. The two girls that work the night shift are rude and does not have good customer service skills. I ordered a large 911 and initially didn’t want ice but she said there would be an upcharge because ice is most of the drink which is insane to me because who wants to pay for a cup of ice. I was like ok then just give me light ice because it’s supposed to be a strong drink I don’t want it watered down after a while. I get my drink and the girl who made the drink didn’t even acknowledge me just hands it to me and walk away. Which is just a bit rude because I said thank you and have a good day and didn’t receive a response and after receiving my drink I tasted it and it tasted like mostly milk I barely can taste the espresso so I’m like ok maybe it’s just a bit more diluted because of the milk so I got about half way through the drink and don’t feel and kick of energy from the espresso at all so I got about half back to see if they can accommodate in any way because I have to work a 12 hour shift and need my coffee lol but she said there is nothing she can do besides giving me some points and I have to say this is a location I will never be returning to because she is literally the one who made my drink and she knows she gave me a cup of milk and maybe 2 shots of espresso of the 6 I was supposed to get. Quite disappointed because every other Dutch bros I’ve been to has made my drink perfectly and always have great customer service, always greet and farewell their customers and but not this one.

You guys take way to long 20mins for a cup of coffee geeze
Awful wait times. Today we waited in line for nearly an hour (7:50am-8:40am). When we finally made it to the window, there was no acknowledgement of their 50 minute wait time. I do not recommend this location.
